I could never really say what is on my mind
But if I did, there's only one word you would find
A name you have definitely known your whole life
A name that would keep me standing through all the strife
And if I would count all the reasons and the whys
They would overshadow all those stars in the skies
The things you say, the things you do, the things you are
They've given me the will, the strength to drive this far
Maybe I would scream it out for the world to hear
Or maybe I'd whisper it to each person near
Though there is only one I'd need to tell it to
Would it be too soon if I told you I love you?
