Do you like me in pain? ~Chapter 12~

I take a deep breath as I finish my song. Suddenly, an excruciating pain rips through my body. My bones shifting and breaking.

'Again?! Damn it!' I scream at my inners.

'Honey, there are three shifts left that you could go in to but the third has only happened once. Dragon, Fae-also known as elves- and Goddess. You can probably guess who the goddess was..." Athena trails off. I nod to her and my insides feel like they are ripping open and enlarging.

'Dragon.' She laughs. I look down and see a large body underneath me and a tip of a snout with a black nose on the end. I look back and see two huge bat-like wings and a spiny, thorny tail. Oh, and my scales are the rarest color of all.

Silver.

'Well, damn... of course I just keep getting rare. First, black and white wolf and cat. White and black are the second rarest, right behind the silver, which is the moon goddess. Then a non-solid tail, which the only other one was the moon goddess. Oh, and my witch has colored hair! Not my natural. Who was the only other person with that? Oh, that's right, the moon goddess. And lastly, I have silver scales! Silver!' I ramble and I hear a cough. I look down and see the men staring up at me. I shift back and look at the time.

'2:00' Athena whispers and I feel the pain rip through me. This one was much faster, but much more painful. I look at my self and see I've shrunk. Damn, Flower Fae it is.

'2:02' Next thing I know, I'm human again.

"Damn it." I sigh, rolling my eyes at nothing particular. I feel another batch of pain and I feel my self growing wings again. My clothing changes and I look down.

A blue one shoulder dress hangs off my pregnant form. My feet are bare and hovering a few inches off the ground. I look at my wings and see they are made of water. And water Fae... What the hell?

"What the fuck?!" I scream at the sky.

'2:04'

"And here we go." I sigh as the pain comes back. "Damn, I hate this part!" I scream as my whole body starts tingling right before the pain crashes down. "FUCK!" I scream as the pain is even worse this time. I look down and see a long, strapless, brown dress. My feet are slipped into a pair of beautiful wooden flats with satin lining the inside.

'2:06'

"Do you enjoy seeing me in pain?!" I scream at the sky. The men give me odd looks and I give them a hard glare. My body starts heating up and I curse. This one would be the worst. It will feel like my body id being roasted alive and torn apart. "Fucking Damn it! Shit, shit, shit!" I scream as my body starts to heat up. I scream bloody murder as it reaches it's peak and my bones start moving. I feel the cool tears running down my face but they barely leave my eyes before they evaporate. I arch my back as the pain courses through my whole body. I scream, not caring who hears or what people think. My pain is all I can think about. Then it ends. I look down and see a dress of, well, fire. It's a simple black dress but I snap my fingers and the fire disappears or reappears.

"That is so cool!" The Alpha says. I grin like an idiot and then Athena has to go ruin it.

'2:08' She giggles. I, like all he other times, shift back into my human. But I barely feel anything. Only a slight stinging in my ears and on my neck and a few bones crack in my face. 'Elf!' She chirps and I giggle along.

'2:10...' Athena whispers and I freeze. When I don't feel the pain I give a small look of confusion and cock my head to the side. 'You're so gullible!' She bursts out laughing and I feel my annoyance.

'That is so mean!' I pout and she just laughs at me. I block her out and look at they men in front of me.

"My inner is being mean." I pout like a kid and they start laughing. "Why is everyone laughing at me?" I whisper, my hormones taking over and a few tears slip out. They all look appalled with themselves and rush to me.

"I'm sorry! We didn't mean to make you upset. Please forgive us!" They plead, holding me to their chests. I take a shaky breath and nod. Someone picks me up and starts walking me home. I snuggle into the chest and let sleep take over my body.

"When is she going to wake up?" A voice interrupts my peaceful sleep. "She's been out for three days and I think we need to check on the baby or babies but I would like her to be awake for that." They voice sounds really deep and silly. I giggle and silence breaks over the room.

"Um... Now." Another voice says. This one is a female and much higher. I giggle again and force my eyes open. I look at the guy and laugh.

"Alpha, your voice sounds really funny." I giggle and he frowns at me. "That was hormones." I sigh and get up. The doctor runs over and pushes my shoulders down.

"You need to stay laying down. We're going to check up on your babies. And I'm pretty sure you have more than one. Your Alpha and the father is Alpha, too. Also you have all you extra shifts so you will have a three month pregnancy. Um, but I can find out all the genders and how many you have." I nod and she brings over the ultrasound and the gel.

"What are your names?" I ask and the doctor smiles sweetly at me.

"I'm Dr. Demetrio and this is Alpha Jesse." She smiles and I nod for her to go on with the ultrasound. She pulls up my shirt and squirts the cold gel on my stomach. She hooks up the machine and then presses the little nob to my stomach. I wait as she looks.

"Well, what do you see?" I ask and her face lights up the room with its radiance.

"Twins!" She squeals and my mouth drops to the floor. I rub my stomach affectionately and I look back up after a few moments.

"What are their genders?" I ask, my voice smooth and joyful.

"Um, let me see..." She looks for a few moments before "A boy and a Girl!" She cheers. I giggle and rub my stomach, never wanting this to end. I feel the tears and Jesse pulls me to him.

"Why would he do that to me? And now I'm pregnant with his children and he doesn't even know!" I sob. "He hurt me so badly! And he isn't even looking for me. It's been a few day and just a few hours north!" I cling to Jesse's shirt and he rubs small circles on my back. "Wait, what town is this?" I ask and he smiles.

"Honey, this is North Carolina. And the town is a large city that is the capital called Raleigh." I gasp.

"I flew that far?!" I gasp.

"Yup."

"Holy hello kitty!"

"Holy hello kitty?" They both snort and I grow a dirt ball in my hand and throw it at Jesse. It hits right on the forehead and I gasp dramatically.

"I'm going to pretend you didn't do that." His voice gruff as he tries to control himself from getting me back.

"Why thank you kind sir!" I say in a posh accent. He shakes his head and chuckles. I stick my tongue out at him and he turns and leaves the room.

"O M to the flipping G!" Reba, the doctor, screams.

"What?" I ask. She starts jumping up and down, squealing and clapping her hands.

"My Alpha so has a crush!" She squeals and my mouth, once again, slams into the floor. "You two would be so cute together!" She holds the 'so' and I almost faint.

"Oh my marsh mellows!" I hear another female voice squeal and the door slams open. "Hi! I'm Reba's mom! I have wanted to meet you once they started talking about you. And I can confirm, I think he has a total crush!" She squeals and brings into a hug.

"Hi! I'm in desperate need of a run and release of energy. I'll be back!" I laugh and start to walk out the door. "Oh, and can you sign me up for school? I'm a junior." I stick my head back in and they look surprised.

"What about the baby bump?" They ask at the same time. I walk in the door way and snap my fingers. The bump disappears and I run my hand over my now flat stomach.

"They're still there, just, I guess, in another dimension." They nod and I look past and see a window on the other side. "Reba, will you open the window please? All the way." I smile and she complies, looking confused. I laugh and run at the window and jumping out.

"BLISS!" I hear the women scream. Below me everyone screams and I just smile. I arch my back and my pure white wings explode from my back, no pain. I stop in mid air and a large collective gasp runs through the crowd below and at all the windows.
