The Novel

I flinched when Liam just kissed me, and I just gave him a very long stare before asking
"I...Uh...How hard did that rhino your head Liam?"
I saw his canine ears flop back in embarrassment, great...now I feel bad. He was trying to say something
"Dom I...uh, I didn't mean-"
I cut Liam off asking
"Liam...Do you really love me?"
Liam blushes again before responding with a sigh
"...Y-Yes...Yes I do, you may be different but you are the best mammal I've ever met and the more I spent time with you the more I fell in love with you...I'm sorry for loving you"
I know this novel has my thoughts and such but the truth is...I loved Liam too, so I wanted to surprise him. I put my hand on top of his paw and got close to one of his pointy ears and I whispered
"You don't have to be sorry, because I'm not sorry for loving you back"
I managed to whisper in a flirty tone, and he leaned away in shock.
"Now bring it in Liam, or so called boyfriend?"
I motioned him for a hug and he gladly accepted that hug and said
"I love you Dom"
My heart was now pure, and now my fear has become the love of my life.
"I love you too Liam"

After the hospital we went to the police academy ceremony, and boy it was a blast. I stood behind the curtain while looking at the Mayor speak about the accomplishments of the officers including me.

"My fellow citizens, Today we have our new protectors of our beloved city that I will introduce in a minute after I mention our human. Despite his physical appearance, he has showed me and every other mammal that we can become so much more with what we are born with no matter claw or fangs. Give it up for our graduates!" 

Hearing that was music to my ears, and made me think that I might of been an inspiration for the city's inhabitants. Me and Liam were behind the curtain, he nudged my arm and I looked at his eyes, we stared at each other for a long time because I had a warm feeling in my heart and a tickle in my nether regions...I didn't say that.

That moment didn't last too long when I heard my name get called, as I went Liam slapped my ass. I'm not the only one to get a tickle down there... I stepped out on the stage and was greeted by flashing lights and the Mayor himself with his huge paw out to shake with me, I stepped towards him to grab his massive paw and shake it using most of my strength. I turned to the cameras and smiled.

I set the pen down and examined my work at the table, I can't believe it's been almost an year I've been in Zootopia. Liam opened the door and slowly crept down the hall behind me, I couldn't help but grin when my sixth sense triggered. He jumped out from behind me and made a roar and I didn't flinch, "Damn it Dom, nothing scares you huh?" Liam asked

"You'll just have to keep trying babe, you forgot about the sixth sense I have" I reminded him

"Oh yeah...whatever, I love you anyways."

Liam then looked at the novel

"Are you finally done?" Liam asked me about the book

"Yep, I'm finished man"

"I'm not finished with waking up though...I might need a little morning sucky suck..." 

I looked at him for a moment

"You dirty mutt I'm comin for ya!" I yelled as I got up to chase Liam

The book sat there on the table, a book of a new species in a world unfamiliar form its own. A Human in Zootopia...
