A/N: 1 how sexy is Hitoshi with piercings? 2 Reader-chan replaces Hagakure
The days following until we started school worried me more than you'd believe. I'd try to talk to Hitoshi every day whether it was through text or trying to go to his house but he just wouldn't budge it'd either be a few short words or just left me on read. I knew he was probably still upset about his results but I was worried. However today he was going to speak to me and hang out with me whether he liked it or not. I made sure to get to his house before he could leave for school that morning. I had just made it as he was about to leave for the station.
"Hitoshi-Kun," I called out to stop him. "Come on let's walk together like we normally do," I said. He couldn't exactly argue with me here because we'd be going the same way anyways.
"Hitoshi, please talk to me it really worries me when you act like this," I said. No response. "You know this will be our first year not being in the same class," I tried again... still no response so I gave up for now. Until we were just about to part going to our own classes.
"I'll see you after school," It was so quick and he'd already left. I quickly changed my shoes and ran to my class. Class 1-A, I hope that one boy from the news isn't in my class, that would suck.
I made it fairly early but most of the students were also already there, including both the angry blonde and the boy I'd helped... great my first year without my boyfriend and this happens at least I remember my sit was the first row by the window... but that was in front of the blonde... I walked over to take my seat before a boy who entered behind me began to tell him that he shouldn't have his feet on the desk. This wouldn't end well.
I listened to the boy proceed to threaten who introduced himself as Iida Tenya. Man, these guys were crazy!
Then both seemed to turn to the door where a green haired boy stood. Iida then walked over to him to apologize? I guess something happened at the exams? Then a brown haired girl came behind him. I caught a bit that he'd apparently saved her. Then we heard another voice.
"If you're just here to make friends then pack your bags," A yellow caterpillar said? Then he stood up unzipping it revealing a very tired looking adult. "I'm Aizawa Shouta your homeroom teacher." He introduced, so he was a pro but who? I don't remember him. "Now put these on and head outside," Everyone was confused as he held up the gym uniform, what about going to the opening ceremony? No one seemed to want to voice a complaint as we all went to change and met in a field near the building. He announced that we'd be doing a Quirk assessment test.
Finally, someone voiced what we were all thinking "What about the orientation?" The bubbly looking brown haired girl asked.
"Here at U.A. we teachers aren't tied to the norm meaning I can run my class however I see fit. You've taken the standardized test all your lives but you've never gotten to use your quirk in physical tests before. Now Bakugo you got the most points on the entrance exam. What was your farthest distance throw with a softball in junior high?" He asked.
"67 meters," The angry blonde answered so his name was Bakugou.
"Now try it with your quirk, anything goes as long as you stay in the circle."
Bakugou stepped forward, getting ready to throw "DIE!" He yelled using an explosion to propel the ball over 700 meters... definitely, don't mess with that guy unless I can use my blood marionette to restrain him. Everyone was pretty excited to do this plus we'd get to learn everyone's quirks quickly.
"You think this is fun?" Our teacher began to scold us again, "You have three years to become hero's you think it will be all fun and games?" He smirked "Idiots, today you'll compete in eight physical tests and the person at the bottom is to be expelled immediately," Everyone gasped. "I pick how this class runs and if you don't like that then you can leave now," There was no way I'm giving up not yet. "Show me it's no mistake that your here,"
We started with the 50-meter dash. My quirk could only help me as far as endurance goes but I actually enjoyed running as apart of my training so this wouldn't be much of a problem. I wasn't the fastest but I also wasn't the slowest. Hopefully, I could keep my rank in the middle.
Then we had the grip test I decided not to use my quirk on this since it wouldn't help me. Then we had the standing long jump. I used the manipulation of my blood to try and put more power in my legs for this one. Which worked.
Then the side jumps, I might not have been very fast but I could do this forever. Then we were back at the ball toss. The girl whose name I learned as Uraraka got infinity on hers. Before my turn, I bit my thumb to draw some blood to try and use as a slight of some sort I wasn't very good at pitching but that seemed to help my score since I could throw it further than some of the others.
However, the person doing the worst looked to be the green haired bow who was gearing up for his but the ball didn't go anywhere... we learned that our teacher canceled out his quirk, so he's the eraser hero. Then he took another shot after our teacher scolded him again. The ball went just further then Bakugou's but his finger was broken? That's really weird. Bakugo seemed the most shocked out of anyone and tried to storm up to him before being stopped by Aizawa's scarf. The rest of the tests were simple enough. And if I judged correctly I should be kind of in the middle. When Aizawa pulled up all the scored I was ranked at 14 I sighed in relief at least I wasn't last. Then I looked to see the name in last place and could only assume it was the green haired boy. Judging by his face I'd be correct.
Then Aizawa revealed it was a trick shocking a few of the students especially that boy, Uraraka and Iida.
"You're done for today, just pick up a syllabus and read it over before tomorrow morning." He dismissed us. We changed back before all heading to our class school was basically over with only a few minutes left. So everyone stayed for the few minutes making friends. Though I didn't know who to talk to definitely not the boy I'd saved I learned his name was Mineta and I'd like to keep my distance since I noticed him staring at me throughout the class. He just gave me an all-around creepy vibe.
I was saved from talking to him by a pink haired girl who looked kinda like an alien followed by two boys the one with tape that shoots from his elbows and a red-haired boy with a small scar over his eye.
"Hey, I'm Ashido Mina!"
"I'm Kirishima Eijiro,"
"Sero Hanata's the name!" They all introduced themselves to me.
"Oh, I'm (L/n) (F/n),"
"Your quirk is really cool from what I saw its like blood manipulation right?" Mina got in my face with a smile.
"Uh yeah, actually it is. And yours is Acid right?" I asked.
"Yup!"
"So you have to cut yourself or something to use your quirk?" Sero asked.
"Not for everything, only for physical attacks but it doesn't hurt," I explained.
We would have probably talked more but the bell rang and I really wanted to meet up with Hitoshi. I excused myself then went to look for him. I found him waiting by the shoe lockers already ready to go. I quickly changed mine.
"You guys weren't at opening ceremonies," He said. "Or lunch,"
"Yeah, our teacher made us do a quirk apprehension test and said the last place person was going to be expelled," I explained. When I looked up and saw his shocked face.
"That wasn't you right?"
"No, then he decided it was all a trick... I still don't think it was but the guy who placed last must have convinced him not to do it," He let out a soft sigh. I finally had my shoes changed again. "So what's your class like?" I asked.
"Boring cause your not there," Ah... my Hitoshi is back.
"I wish you were in my class too," I said having him would make everything easier to deal with. "I think you and our teacher would get along perfectly," I teased. This was way better than having him be upset.
