What if Bradley and Gaga were really in love with each other during this award season? How complicated could things get?

Here we go:
Bradley arrives at the Academy Q&A before Stefani. Sam arrives two minutes later and sees his friend looking really nervous.
"Boy, you gotta calm down. You've done this before." The older man says and Bradley shakes his head.
"Not as a director, and I also promised Stefani I'd talk to her after this. I mean, talk to her about my break up." He confesses and Sam laughs.
"It's just Stefani, you don't need to be nervous. Are you confessing your feelings?"
"Of course not, she is engaged. She probably loves Carino, and I don't want to ruin my friendship with her because of that." Sam shakes his head.
"Whatever you say son, but hear this old man and know we only regret the things we didn't do. Just talk to her, I know you'll work things out the best way possible."
"I truly hope so."
Finally Gaga arrives, beautiful as usual. He notices her ring isn't on the finger it was supposed to be, it's on her middle finger. That kinda gave him hope. Stefani was excited to see Bradley, she's feeling bad for Carino, but just by looking into those ice blue eyes of the man in front of her makes her feel better.
"Hello! Sorry I couldn't be here earlier, but I was in pain. I had to have a massage before coming here." Stefani explains herself and Bradley nods wishing he could take all her physical pain away.
"It's alright, are you feeling better?" She nods.
"Almost as good as new. So, will you have dinner with me after this? So we can talk?" She asks as if it was nothing and Bradley is tongue tied. He was so awkward sometimes and she found it so cute. "C'mon man, it's not like I'm asking you out or something, you can chill." She clarifies and he blushes.
"Okay, let's go have dinner after this. Oh, and you got your ring on the wrong finger." He informs her being sure she just put it wrong after the massage. She winks at him and clicks her tongue.
"You miss nothing, B." She says but doesn't put the ring on the right place. Bradley doesn't know what to think of it, but he soon would find out.
