shrek appreciation

OKAY SO I'M EMOTIONAL RN SO IMMA RANT ABOUT HOW MUCH I LOVE SHREK

i absolutely love shrek and apparently have done ever since i was about 1 or 2? i've grown up with it and as weird as it sounds because shrek is just an ironic thing to most people, it actually helps me?
to me, it's a coping mechanism (i sound really weird i'm sorry). it's hilarious and i still see hidden jokes i didn't understand when i was younger and even in the more recent ones i was still oblivious which makes re-watching them all aMaZiNg and i have cried while laughing in multiple occasions.
also it made me feel more confident because half of me is extremely self conscious. knowing that shrek, even being considered ugly and spoopi, found someone who truly loved him and made great friends made me hopeful and in a way, taught me to love myself. i have my moments but lately, i've been pretty carefree and i lOve it.
ALSO IT'S SO WHOLESOME LIKE OMG DONKEY AND HIS LIL BABIZ AND HIS DRAGON WIFEY IS THE FUDGING CUTEST AND HE THE BESTEST DAD ALONG WITH SHREK BECAUSE HOLY GUACAMOLE I LOVE CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT AND HE LOOKS LIKE HE'S ACTUALLY ENJOYING BEING A FATHER AND I LOVE HOW FIONA WILL REASSURE HIM AND CaTcH tHeIr kId wHeN tRyInG tO cHanGe tHeM BUT OMG I LOVE IT AND IT MAKES ME FEEL FUZZY AND WARM INSIDE AND THE WHOLE SET OF MOVIES MAKES ME FEEL FEELINGS IT'S SCARY BUT AHHHHH MY HEART OKAY IMMA WATCH ALL OF THEM AGAIN OKAY BYE PEEPZ I LOVE YOU
