Y/n came to miss peregrines home about a year ago. Everyone just loves her she's plays with the twins and 'coaches' the soccer games. She paints and reads with Horace and has girls nights with the girls. She makes time for everyone in the house.
But there's this boy. Enoch she's never said one word to the boy and he's never said anything to her. They don't even look at each other. And miss peregrine don't like that.
" miss peregrine do you need help wi-" y/n was interrupted by Hugh vomiting in the living room causing bronwyn to scream along with Claire they both ran out of the room screaming and stomping they complained on how they were going to have nightmares now and how disgusting boys were
Miss peregrine and y/n ran into the room y/n went immediately to Hugh who was lying on the floor " Hugh are you alright"
" I'm sorry I made a mess" he started to tear up he obviously wasn't feeling well and felt bad about getting sick" no Hugh it's okay it's not your fault please don't be upset"
Jacob and Emma then came in behind miss peregrine with cleaning materials "it's going to be okay... come on" y/n said helping Hugh stand up
She brought him to her room and put him in bed next she just got a washcloth and put it on his forehead " y/n can you come here" she smiled at Hugh and put a bucket beside him
" try to get some sleep I'll be back soon" y/n definitely took on the mother/best friend role while being there
When she arrived downstairs to miss peregrine Enoch was standing beside her " here I need you guys to go get some things for Hugh please" they looked at each other and y/ n took the list out of his hands and opened the door
He was surprised and just stood there " well Enoch are you just going to stand there or are you going to do something and come with me"
He frowned and walked to town with her none of them spoke until they got the last thing " you really care about him don't you" y/n's eyes frowned " what do you mean"
" the way you're rushing around trying to get everything not forget anything and get home as soon as possible"
" I do I care about him he's like a..." Enoch stopped and stood in front of her " like he's your son and I know you feel the same way about the other little kids" y/n was surprised "how do you know how I feel"
" because I see you y/n I see the way you're with them"
" you see me" Enoch smirked and nodded " how could I not you're...you" y/n didn't wanna admit that she liked him too so she simply hung her head down " we should get back"

" how are you feeling Hugh" miss peregrine asked during diner " much better " Hugh said shoveling food into his mouth all of the sudden Claire shouted frightening everyone there
"WE SHOULD HAVE A PARTY TONIGHT" miss peregrine clapped " that's a wonderful idea" y/n finished her food and put her napkin on her plate " may I be excused" she said and left she went up to her room
Ever since she came back from that trip with Enoch she's isolated herself she hasn't played or hung out with anyone she started pushing them away and Enoch has done the same thing

Bronwynn knocked on y/ns door but didn't wait for her to open it bronwynn grabbed her hand and dragged her downstairs to the party " Wynn I don't want to do this I just want to be in my room tonight" bronwynn smiled and ran back upstairs only to come back down with Enoch who happened to complain to bronwynn too
She then pushed them too together " dance" she said but they both just stood there refusing to look at each other " if you dance with each other you both can go back upstairs" that hit them in the right way and Enoch grabbed onto y/n's waist and she wrapped her arms around his neck
It seemed they fit perfectly with each other they moved with the music and eventually y/n moved closer to him she leaned on him and liked it she liked him
" I see you too" she whispered and he hugged her tighter not wanting to stop dancing
