Alph woke up on the couch. He remembered his amazing night with his friend. 'Friend?' He thought. 'Can I really call her a friend after this? Brittany, I don't know what to call you, but I can't call you my friend. But I don't exactly want to call you 'girlfriend' either! This is confusing..' Alph then noticed a note on the couch beside him. "Huh" he picked up the note. It read:

Hi Alph! Sorry I left, but I had to get ready for the award ceremony! I had a really nice night though. It was fun to hang out and talk! After a while you just started falling asleep though, so I went to sleep too. Sorry to leave withought saying goodbye. -Brittany.

Alph forgot for a moment about the award ceremony. The award ceremony was being held in honour their efforts to save the planet from starvation. 3 intrepid explorers sent out on a mission to collect fruit. And collect fruit they did (for people who don't know the pikmin 3 story)! And their efforts were not forgotten (Unlike a certain other captain named Olimar). He went to get his suit, but soon after realized that he didn't have any fancy clothes. This immediately triggered all of the memories where he told people excuses for why he didn't have fancy clothes. "I don't want to buy expensive clothing just so I can put it away for another couple years or so!". "I can't think of an occasion where I'd require one without having the time to go and buy one!".

*flashback*

Randy : "Hey Alph, how's work"

Alph : *ignores* "Randy for god sake! Just get married already so I have an excuse to buy fancy clothes!"

Randy : "Could you wait at least a week before telling me to hurry up? And all for fancy clothes! Haha!"

*flashback ends abruptly*

Alph is awoken from his daydreaming to the sound of a knocking door. Alph gets up to answer. He opens the door "hel-" it was Charlie. "You've got to help me. I need a way to ask Brittany out before the ceremony!"

Alph's brain : hah! Bet ya didn't expect that one ya little idiot!
