-'s: When used the quirk will drain the user's stamina, and it takes 15 seconds for the quirk to recharge after 1 use.
Special Moves
Help Is On The Way!: As long as the user knows the eye color of someone they may telepathically speak to them for 10 minutes max.
Quirk Oppose: Instead of helping a target the user may max out a foes quirk drawback but, it will take tons of vitality away from the user.
