My God, why is everything so messed up? All I ever do around here is work and take care of the small children, who can't fend for themselves. Right as I thought that one of the babies started crying. Instantly I could tell it was Faith. You see none of these babies had names..... So I named them. I walked into the baby room, and Faith started to calm down. A little. I picked her up while rocking her back and forth while tapping her butt to the rhythm of 'You Are My Sunshine'. I guess I should probably introduce myself now, huh. Well my name is SunRise Rynstone West. Weird name I know, but the girl who played my role named me that, since my parents thought it would be funny to name me 'Mistake'. Anyway I have been in this hellhole aka the orphanage since I was 3 years old, I am now 15. I have platinum blonde hair and unmistakable golden eyes. I am not sure why they are like that, but I love it. A small dusting of freckles across my nose, and glasses with thick black lining, that made me look extremely nerdy. I am also a mute. I take care of this orphanage on top of holding down a job so I can provide for this place. Yes there is an owner per say, but she is a lazy ass drunk bitch, pardon my French. I finally got Faith to calm down but she was still awake so I put her down on her tummy time mat. I couldn't stay and watch her so I stomped on the floor 5 times. A signal for my best friend, Amanda SolarFlair Carter, to come to me. I stomped an additional 2 times to let her know where I was. Not even two minutes later she burst through the nursery room door.
"You stomped." She asked like a weird ass lady in waiting. I then signed to her and asked her to call up Skyler to come up stairs.
"Okay." Wait for it. "SKYLER COME UP TO THE NURSERY!" There it is. I heard a pounding on the stairs indicating that Skyler was running upstairs.
"Whatcha need?" Skyler asked as she popped her head inside the room. I pointed to my eyes then to the baby, hoping she would understand. Thankfully she did.
