After Jeremy's aunt died he wanted to get away for a while to clear his head. he didn't tell you where he was going but you knew how to find out. you quickly got up from your bed and went for a shower and got dressed. Once you were dressed in a black crop top with a black skirt and a leather jacket.
you hoped into your baby blue jeep and started to drive towards Elena's house to ask her where you could find your boyfriend. While you were driving thoughts of what you were going to say to Elena to convince her to tell you where he was. suddenly your thoughts where clouded by the brown haired boy with brown eyes. how you have missed sleeping beside him and being wrapped in his arms where you felt so safe and warm. You were convinced that as long as you were with him you would as be home.
Y/N pov:
I pulled up into Elena's drive way. I turned the keys in the ignition turning the engine off. i grabbed my phone and pulled the keys out of the ignition. hoped out of my car and locked the doors as i walked up to the front door. I knocked and Stefan answered. "Hi Stefan" I said smiling at him he returned the smile, "Hi Y/n come on in" he said as he opened the front door wider so i can walk through.
"Y/N" Elena yelled as she ran and pulled me into a bear hug I just laughed as i returned the hug "Hey Elena" I said as we pulled away. Elena was like my sister i never had. "What are you doing here?" she asked raising an eyebrow. "Well i was wondering if you could tell me where Jer was" I said hopeful "Sure he's at our parent's cabins in the woods" She replied i hugged her and said "Thanks Elena, I see you later Bye Stefan" I replied as i walked out of the house.
WOw i thought i would have to convince her alot more than that i thought to myself as i fumbled with my keys to open it. I opened my car and jumped into the driver side and put the keys in the ignition starting my jeep up. I pulled out of the driveway, i made my way towards their parents cabin it would take a while.
I decided to stop by the grill really quickly, i walked in to see Damon sitting at the bar.. yea nothing unusual there. i saw Bonnie and Caroline sitting there eating fries. "Hey" I said "hey what are you doing here thought you would be trying to convince Elena to tell you where Jeremy is?" Caroline said " I already did she told me and it take much for her to tell me" I replied "and i came here to wish you a happy birthday Bonnie" i said as i smiled at her "Wow I nearly forgot no one has said happy birthday yet I thought everyone forgot?" She said i laughed
2 hours later
I arrived on a dirt road leading further into the woods. I saw a letter box with the words GILBERT written in fade paint on it. I knew i was in the right place. I slowly pulled up to the house when i saw the front of it. I saw Matt's truck parked in front of the garage.
I parked my car beside his and closed the door and locked the car. I decided to knock on the front door. Matt opened the door and smiled wide "Y/N" he said as he pulled me in for a massive bear hug. Geez whats up with everyone and pulling me into a hug today. "Hey Matt, how are you?" I asked as he pulled me inside to the kitchen where he was cooking food. "I've been good, Elena called and said you were on your way, i decided not to tell Jeremy just so you can surprise him" Matt said stirring the pasta sauce.
"Thanks matt, speaking of Jeremy where is?" I asked "Hes out back cutting the firewood up" Matt replied i nodded and kissed matt's cheek before walking out to the back porch where i could hear the smack of firewood against an axe blade. I felt my heart beat faster and my hands become sweaty and i become more excited to see the boy i am madly in love with.
