Mom?

I'm going to start putting this in your p.o.v. so this will be fun 😂

I can't believe this. I was in a police car. Going to see my mom who was in the hospital. We pulled over and I seen that the officer in the passenger seat was crying. She showed her phone to the other officer and he got all teary eyed. They cleared the tears from their faces and the cop on the left said "Mia, I have not seen your mother until the doctor just sent me her photos and records. Right before your mother had you, she was on drugs and it says they found it in her system just now. Would you like too see the picture?" I shook my head yes viscously and she showed me and I regretted it right away. She had glass in her neck and was about to die. I ran out of the car and sat in the empty parking then Lily came out and sat next to me.

Lily's P.O.V.
I came out and sat next to her as she cried. I didn't know what to do. I didn't like seeing her cry. It made me want to cry. But I sucked it up and said "Mia, come on! She will live its going to be okay. Now, let's get in that cop car and go see her." I then pulled her into a tight hug and she took a second to hug me back but she did. We got back in the car and we had a silent drive except for a few sniffles here  and there. But as soon as we got there Mia rushed out of the car and went right in. She really loved her mom. When the cops left I sat in the lobby because I was not aloud to be in her mothers room.

Mia came down and had blood shot eyes from crying and I decided to call my mom and ask if she could stay with us until her mom got out. If she ever did. She said yes, of course. She came to pick us up and we got in the car and Mia was sniffling but not crying. I didn't like to see her like this. How could I tell her my feelings for her. What if she had a boyfriend? Or it was too early? Or she just didn't like girls... I left it alone for the rest of the night.
