Important Names and Pronunciation
(I'll be adding to this as the story progresses and new names come up.)
~ Wickid [wic-id] : A race of peace-bringers who are prophesized to bring peace among the Dragons and Man. They can talk to Dragons and have acquired other special skills based on their own skillsets.
~ Gwenguard [gwen-guard] : The Capital city of the Kingdom of Ethalider. It was once called Huthwaite, but was renamed after the kind and generous Queen Gwendelon. It is home to the royal family and lies fortified against the mountainside of Mount Kekor.
~ Wallowdale [wah-low-day-l] : A small village a few miles from the crest of Mount Helior and at least a four day horseride from Gwenguard.
~ Huthwaite [hooth-wait] : The previous name of the Capital city of Ethalider. It was the first name ever given to the Capital. It is now the name of a large village two miles east of the Capital.
~ Land of Ethalider [eth-al-i-dair] : The name of the kingdom of Man.
~ Mount Helior [he-li-or] : One of the few mountain ranges thought to be abandoned by the Dragons.
~ Mount Kekor [keh-core] : The mountain range that Gwenguard lies on. It is the only mountain range that the Kingdom was able to secure fully from the Dragons.
