Rough Summary
Rhiannon Caron's parents haven't stopped talking about "The Dawn of Gifts" since she had turned ten. But now that she's nearly seventeen they have decided it's time to tell her all about her heritage, about why the street they live on only consists of four big houses, about why Rhiannon and her three best friends must go through a series of challenges if they wish to receive these "Gifts."
Final Summary
Rhiannon thought that becoming a witch was going to be easy, just learn a few spells, brew a few potions and hey presto! She couldn't have been more wrong. She finds out the responsibility that comes with being a gifted one and just how planned out her life is going to be for her. At least she doesn't have to go through the process alone, she has the help of "The Young Coven" A group of young witches and warlocks who will help her and her best friends: Galleria, Zara and Nathaniel, receive their powers.
If they finish their training then they will be fully fledged witches and warlocks, after the ritual of course. Rhiannon catches the eye of Reuben Storm, a fire warlock. He tells her the secrets of their heritage and that every witch or warlock has a special element, none more special than the element of Air. Which just so happens to be The Caron family element. Her father and mother had to go through the challenges before they were rewarded. Even her older brother; Conan had been through the process, and if he could do it then so could she!
Will Rhiannon and her friends become gifted ones or will they be stuck in the human world, doing human jobs? And will Rhiannon act upon her feelings before the final task? Find out in "The Confessions of a Teenage Witch" Written by LokiSalvatore
