The Forgotten Child

Exams Starting

The next day I woke up before Temari. I decided to poke her to wake her up. 
"Wake up Temari. We need to get ready for the day."
"5 more minutes."
"No."
"Fiiiiine. I'm up."
She walked out and to her room to get ready while I got dressed and went to the kitchen to make breakfast.I made eggs,toast, and bacon. When I was starting to set the food down I heard them shuffling down. 
"Temari. I expected you down here sooner when I woke you up. Are you feeling well?"
"Ya ya. Just tired."
I nodded. I served them the food. It was Kankuro's turn to do dishes so I left him to do it. It took about and hour for them all to be done.Once it was we went to The tower for our missions. When we arrived I noticed something different.
"Tell me something Kazekage. Why do you smell of snakes when you hate them?"
He started to sweat. I could see it on his hands. 
"ANBU!!"
When they arrived I asked this something that made them feel like failures.
"Why does the Kazekage smell of snakes and hide his face? He hates snakes and the use of a mask so you tell me. Why does he now?"
"Id code sir."
"You don't need my Id code."
"Id code SIR.
"Wait a second. I know 1 person who smell of snakes. That person are Orochimaru."
"Good analysis Naru."
He dropped the disguise and managed to escape the anbu while I went to tell the sibling what happened. When I arrived the asked what the mission was.
"There is no mission. Rasa is dead. Orochimaru got past the anbu and killed him. I don't know what he was planing."
This shocked them. Termari started to cry. I walked up to her and held her. The brothers had a look of anger and shock in one. I don't blame them.
"Dude, how are you not shacking in anger?"
"I need to be strong for Temari, not let my anger control me."
The brothers looked at me in respect. They knew they would need to go to Konoha for the chuunin exams and help them. If this plan didn't work he would do it with another Village. 
We need to get the council to send us to the exams. We need to warn the leaf.
"We need the council to send us to the Leaf. If they fall we will be in deep shit. Even with me here. We may win but with a large cost."
"I agree. Lets get a meeting set up with them."
"Gaara. You are more of a leader then us. You go to them and speak the situation."
"Alright.
"Go Gaara. Sooner this is done the safer we are."
He nodded to me. He shunshined out to them. I picked up bridal style. She kept crying into my coat. I carried her to her room and laid her down. I went to walk away so she could mourn in peace. Before I could she grabbed my hand.
"Please stay. I want to be beside you. You help a lot by being here."
I nodded and sat down. I held her close and patted her back hoping to comfort her. I hated to see her sad. But I knew I would bring vengeance. I will not let her cry anymore. I will protect her. I held her close and rested my chin on top of her head and rocked her gently. Soon sadly we would have to prepare for the exams. I felt bad for whoever would face her. I learned a girl who is grieving and mad is one of the most scary kind there is. She started to calm down and I kissed the top of her head. 
"It will be ok. I am here for you. I will always be there for you." 
"Thank you Naru. This means a lot to me. I feel like I owe you so much but I can't repay it."
"You owe me nothing. All I want from you, is you being happy and laughing. Nothing could make me more happy." 
She just hugged me tighter. I then started to know what its like to have the air not getting to you're lungs.
"Temy Air!"
She blushed and let me go.
"Im sorry."
"It is fine my dear. I will do anything I can to make you happy."
She smiled at me and kissed my cheek.
"Now get out I gotta change my dress. My makeup got all over it and I don't like you seeing me like this."
I smiled and left.
"Just so you know. I don't care how you're clothes look. I will always love you."
I said as I walked out the room. When I walked out I went to my room and started to sharpen my sword. When I got it to the sharpness I liked I put it away and waited. Soon she came out and asked me something.
"Can you help me train? I want to be ready for the exams."
I nodded and looked at her and said.
"Of course. I will do my best to be there for you."
She hugged me and cried a little.
"Thank you so much!"
I patted her back and we walked to a training ground to get started.
"Any rules before we start?"
"Only Taijutsu."
I nodded and got into stance. She ran at me in Chuunin speeds and tried to punch my gut. I grabbed her hand and threw her back. I ran at her and tried to kick her legs out from under her.  She jumped up in time to dodge. But that was what I wanted her to do. I lifted my hand up and grabbed her leg. I threw her to the ground and put my foot in a vital spot to make her yield. After a few minutes Gaara came over.
"The council has agreed to send us. Naruto. You are to be sent as a 1 man team while me Temari and Kankuro will be sent as a normal team."
I nodded.
"We should get ready for the exams."
They nodded to my words and we started to train hard like never before. After a bit I called out to all of them. 
"Let us do a 3 v 1. all of you vs me."
They looked to one another and nodded. It seem's to me as if they made a plan to take me down.
"Any rules?"
"No Res. Nothing extreme."
I nodded and got into stance. In a unspoken signal we rushed. I blocked a hit from Kankuro and Temari. I had to use my knee to block Gaara. Gaara used some of Shukakus power to make me skid. I ran at them and grabbed Kankuro and threw him into a tree. He was out of the fight. I looked at Temari and Gaara preparing for them. I decided to use a new attack.
"Bala."
A small green orb went at them at high speeds. It collided with Gaara and sent him skidding across the floor. 
"What was that?"
"It is called Bala. A attack like the Cero but much faster and weaker."
Gaara got back up and sent sand at me. I dodged to the right and sent a bala at him he managed to dodge and send another wave at me. I sent a bala at it and the explosion sent the sand all over the place. I knew I messed up with that.
"It seems I fell into a trap."
Then all the sand collided with me at all sides making it impossible to dodge.
"Give up Naruto."
"No."
I sent out a wave of power causing everything close to me to go flying. This sent them flying. I used Sonido when the sand loosened to get behind Gaara. I threw him at a Kankuro who was waking up. This knocked him out again and Gaara with him. Or so I thought. The Gaara turned to sand making my eyes widen. I used sonido to avoid a attack from behind and grabbed Temari. I threw her are Kankuro who opened his eyes only to get hit with a flying Temari. I turned to Gaara and engaged in a Taijutsu battle with him. He went for a side kick and I blocked with my arm I grabbed his leg and punched him away. He ran back at me and tried to punch me in the gut. I moved his fist with the back of my left hand and sent a kick to his side. He went flying to the edge of the grounds. I appeared in front of him and sent him flying with a gut punch.
"I win again."
Kankuro was finally able to get up.
"How do you always win?"
"You almost had me. If I was a normal human. If you put more power into that sand attack from all sides however. I would have lost."
"We will win next time."
"Maybe."
"We should heal up and get packed."
I nodded.
"I will go get packed now."
They nodded and went to the kitchen to patch themselves with the first aid. I went to my room and packed my stuff. It wasn't much but it was enough to fill a small suitcase. I packed 2 extra suits and Sword cleaner. My money was in my pocket. I walked out to the door and stepped outside. About 20 minutes later they came out.
"Are you ready?"
They nodded and started to walk off. I tapped the air and a loud staticy fabric tearing sound rank out causing them to watch me as I mage a Gargantua.
"What is that?"
"A Gargantua. If I so desired I could be on the opposite side of the world in seconds using this."
"Where is it going to?"
"Konoha."
I walked in and the followed me. Gaara felt unsure of the ground so he created a sand plat for them. I just walked on the path. When we exited the Gargantua over Konoha Temari sighed in relief.
"Thank you for making this sand plat for us Gaara."
He nodded and they started to stare at me. 
"This is called Air Walk. I apply my power to my feet and It allows me to fly."
I flew to the hokage tower in seconds. I decided to scare him.
'I am spending to much time with Kankuro.'
I opened a Gargantua to the inside of the office. I walked in and the rip formed in the office.

The anbu had surrounded the rip as I entered the office.
"Hello Minato."
"Hello Naruto."
"Orochimaru has struck Suna and is aiming to trick other Nations into teaming with him and destroying Konoha."
"I assume you are here with Gaara's team as backup?"
I nodded.He let out a sigh.
"Some times I wonder how Orochimaru does what he does."
"I do as well... For now I will go back to my team and get ready for the exams."
He nodded.
I used sonido and appeared above Kankuro. I could see him hold a kid by the shirt.
"Put him down Kankuro."
Temari was trying to get him to put the kid down.
"They are not here. Besides he hurt me."
I spoke up with a disgusted voice.
"A little child not even out of the acedemy managed to hurt you? Not only that but you decide to hurt said child without giving him a chance. You disgust me."
I appeared behind him and smacked him into the wall next to us. I looked up to see Sasuke.
"I apologize for my friends behavior."
"Isn't he apart of your team?"
"No. I am a 1 man team sent by Suna."
"Why did they send you?"
"Chuunin Exams."
Their eyes widened.
"I didn't realize they had been so soon."
I looked to Temari.
"Temari. Did any of you manage to find a place?"
"Yes. We will be staying in a hotel nearby."
I nodded.
"The exame will start soon tomarrow. Let us get rested and prepare for them."
They nodded and we went off with me carrying Kankuro. I knew the exams would take a while so I decided to clean my sword in case I got into any bloody fights. I got to the Hotel with them and set Kankuro in a room and left it. I laid in the one next to it and started to clean my sword. I felt it in my bones. He was going to aim to take me out before the Invasion. I would be ready and waiting.
