Ruby: Mom Please?

Rebecca: no ruby your not going to a party your too young

Ruby: ugh your being so unfair mom . (Groans ) Please?

Rebecca: maybe when you're 15 then u can go ?

Ruby: ugh!! Your being so unfair!

Rebecca: well life is unfair hun .  Quit with the attitude

Ruby: fine whatever

Rebecca:  ruby Mitchell I said quit with the attitude or your grounded

Ruby: fine .   But mom I am a teenager now ; I want to see my friends

Rebecca: u can see them at school or over their house but no party especially with no parents there

Ruby:  oh come on ; dad would let me ?

Rebecca: no he wouldn't.   Plus, your a child under our roof and u listen to us .  And any more attitude and your grounded final warning

Ruby:  Mom Please everyone my age is going to this party

Rebecca: I am sure not everyone is

Ruby:  Mom Please let me go ?

Rebecca:(sighs) Fine u can stay for a hour then I want u home.

Ruby: fine . Mom do I have to come home in a hour ?

Rebecca: would u rather not go at all

Ruby: no . But mom it's embarrassing

Rebecca: my rules ruby . Your lucky I said yes at all

Ruby: fine . When's my curfew?

Rebecca: 10:00

Ruby : fine

Rebecca: if your late by any means your grounded

Ruby: Mom u know there's kids with later curfews ?

Rebecca: idc what the other kids times are . Your my child and your only 13 now quit arguing with me . Or u won't go at all

Ruby: (rolls her eyes) Fine

Rebecca: what have I told u about your rolling your eyes at me? (Sternly)

Ruby: u said it was rude and I shouldn't do it .

Rebecca: exactly. Now punishment

Ruby: please mom anything but don't take away the party it won't happen again

Rebecca: your grounded from the party ; u had an attitude all day and now you were rude by rolling your eyes at me . You know better. Now go to your room

Ruby: whatever !! (Goes to her room and slams the door )

Rebecca:(sighs) aw kids

(A hour later ) ..............,...

Luke: hey honey u okay ?

Rebecca: yeah

Luke: u sure honey ?

Rebecca: yeah . Our child is grounded

Luke: oh what happened?

Rebecca: she wanted to go to a party and first couple times I said no and she gave me a hard time so I grounded her for a week

Luke: oh okay . So how was your day besides that ?

Rebecca: good .

Luke: are u going to spank her Rebecca?

Rebecca: no why ?

Luke: cause Rebecca if she gives any more attitude

Rebecca: i know .  I used to give it to her when she was younger but she's older now . 

Luke:  I know.   Please do it if she does it again or if she tries to sneak out

Rebecca: I will . 

(A hour later ; ruby snuck out )

Luke: do u want me to get ruby for dinner?

Rebecca: yes thank u . 

(Luke goes in Ruby's room and sees she's not there )

Luke : hey hun

Rebecca:(comes next to him ) yeah (sees ruby is gone ) Luke do u mind going to go look for her ? I am going to call the house she's at .  (Takes her phone out of her pocket and starts dialing her friends)

Luke:  hey anything?

Rebecca: nothing no ones heard from her ? I am starting to get worried

Luke: alright honey ; let's not overreact I am sure . She's at her aunts house or something don't worry

(A couple hours later; ruby shows up )

Rebecca: (sees her come home ) young lady where were you?

Ruby: out . 

Rebecca:  where were you? I was worried sick ?

Ruby: out for walk . (Lies)

(Someone from the party comes in with her purse and gives it to Rebecca)

Violet:  hey ruby u left this at the party? Uh no (realizing Rebecca is there )  I am really sorry

Rebecca: violet does your sister know about this party especially it being at her house?

Violet; no I am so dead .   Oh crap I have to go .

Rebecca: vi I am calling your sister?

Violet:  please let me off with a warning

Rebecca: fine go home

(Violet leaves and it's just ruby and her mom)

Rebecca: I want u to go stand in the corner of your room with your pants down to your ankles and no underwear I will be there soon

Ruby: please mom

(A hour later;  Rebecca is done spanking her and ruby is in bed )

Ruby: Mom (rubbing her eyes )

Rebecca:  yes ruby

Ruby: I am really sorry mom

Rebecca:(pats the bed ) come here sweetheart

(Ruby comes closer to her mom on the bed)

Rebecca:(Kisses her head) I know your sorry baby girl .  U know I wasn't trying to be mean honey ; I just wants to keep u safe and wants for best for u .  Understand honey ?

Ruby: I do mom .  I am sorry

Rebecca : I already forgave u sweetheart. 

Ruby: Mom I know I am too old for this but can I stay with u tonight

Rebecca: sure honey .  Honey I am going out tomorrow and your dad is going to work ; I need u to watch Alfie

Ruby: can I come ?

Rebecca: sorry sweetheart your grounded

Ruby: oh okay . 

(Ten minutes later ; everyone goes to bed )
