3. Why me?

-Luna's pov-

His smirk is still haunting my mind.. I mean it's hot, like really hot.. WAIT WHY AM I SAYING THIS SHIT?! he's being a compleat asshole to me. Ugh boys..

I don't even want to talk about bio.. it was horrible that's all I have to say about it. I'm just happy that I have music next, I love music so much, but I do love something more than music.. it's my best friend, Quincey Hathaway. Before I moved to Australia I had Quincey. We were always together no one had a heart to separate us. I wish she was here and helped me with Luke.

I found my way to music and the room was pretty big. I went to the far back and waited for the bell to ring, so I decided to text quinc.

Me: hey quinc

my weird lover person: OMG LUNA I MISS YOU SO MUCH!!!! ugh I like cried when you left.

Me: haha, I miss you to babes :3, and I did to don't worry, I'm in music and it reminded me of us singing and shit so I'm texting to right know

My weird lover person: awh well aren't you sweet, so any cute Aussie guys? ;)

Me: yea, but um.. he kinda said he's going to be my 'bully' and kicked my leg before he left..

My weird lover person: OH HELL NO LUNA, NO GUY IS GONNA HURT MY LITTLE NOODLE! >:(

Me: calm down dude, I'll be fine, class is starting so I'll to text you..

I felt a body hovering over me so I looked up and saw a boy with curly dirty blonde hair and hazel eyes. "Um hey, mind if I sit with you?" he asked nervously, "Sure", and he sat next to me. I went back to my phone

My weird lover person: Did you die within the next 4 or so seconds dude.

Me: no, but there's a cute guy next to me with dirty blonde hair and hazel eye's, so love ya quinc, better answer when I text you at lunch

My weird lover person: ooh go get 'em tiger, k I will love ya two noodle <3

I put my phone away and look over to the boy next to me, "So um..?" I say questionably to try and get his name, "Names Ashton, but you can call me ash or ashy 'cause I can tell you we would be awesome friends" he smiles at me and I giggle,"Well ash, I'm Luna, and I might just take your offer on that" I say, "I'll call you moon, since Luna is the name of the moon" he says but continuos, "But only I can call you that, it'll make it seem more special" I smile, "fine wi-" I was interrupted my a chuckled.. that's familiar and I wish it wasn't.

"Well look here, seems like little miss Luna made a new friend" he says, I look up and see Luke looking at me like he's trying to read my soul. "Fuck off Hemmings, leave Luna alone she doesn't need your shit" Ash sneered threw his teeth, "Awh but why would I do the Ashton? it's fun to mess with her" he put on a pout face and I finally got the courage to say something, "Just leave me alone Luke, you don't even know me for first, second I'm not a fucking loner! I have friend's but then there's you.. where are your friends?" after I said that a regret it.

Luke's face was red hot, he pulled me close with a fist full of my shirt,"Listen here bitch, you are going to regret saying that!" and he's yelling again.. great. "Luke pl-please don't y-yell" I stutter shaking, "Don't tell me what to do shut!" he continues to yell, after that I felt arms around my waist pulling me towards them," Luke Leave her alone, can't you tell she doesn't like yelling?!" Ashton says finally, I clinch but settle down once I'm in Ashton's embrace,"Yea I could tell Ashton, that's why I'm still doing it" Luke says, he doesn't have ahold of my shirt anymore. I get up, grab my bag and get a paper out with it saying,

'Dear teacher,

I'm not doing so good right know, and I'm going to call my mum to come and get me, Ashton will be taking me to the office, I am sorry I did not get to me meet you yet, but I will hope for tomorrow

I showed Ashton and he nodded grabbing his bag also. Ashton and I left music with a mad Luke.. and I mean mad. Once we were ways away from the room Ashton spoke up and said,"Moon, I'm sorry Luke is being a prick to you.. he wasn't like this before high school" he pulls me into a hug and my legs felt weak so Ashton slowly dropped to the floor and let me sob in his chest.

After I was done sobbing Ashton whisper, "Moon I have to get back to class, I called your mum while you were crying, I'm sorry and after school I'm going to visit you and we could do anything you want" he smiles at me,"Th-thank you ashy" I returned the smile. I stood up and have Ashton a quick hug goodbye,"I'll see you later moon,my numbers in your phone to" I giggled, "I must be a loud sober then if you managed to call my mum and put your number in my phone" he laughed,"indeed you are moon, I'll see you later bye" and with that he left.

I walked to my locker to get my things and put my books away. I closed the locker but I felt a sharp pain in my stomach and I fell to the ground, then came another, then another. I look up to see who or what is doing this and guess what? it's Luke, fucking great. He knelt down next to me and said "Told you would regret it Luna, you tell no one about this or I will do worse next time, understand?" I nodded slowly, "Good, now be a good little whore and go cry to your mommy" and with that, he left.

I'm home now crying my eyes out. Why am I so stupid?, why can't I be normal?, why can't I do anything right?. All of these thoughts are running threw my mind and my wrist is stinging, I guess it's time to add more.

I get out of bed and walk to the bathroom, I walk in and lock the door behind me.. well I think I did but I don't know. I open the drawer and move things out of the way to find my blade. "Where are you, you little fucker" I mumble, "ah!, found you" I say. I drop to the the floor and pull off all my bracelets, I put the blade to my wrist and start adding after every insult I say to myself.

"fat" add, "ugly" add, "dum" add,"worthless" add,"weak" add. There's 4 new cuts, I try not to cry but I can't help it I'm weak. "Moon? are you in there?" shit shit shit shit, it's Ashton he can't see me like this, I stumble to get up but it's to late, the door opens and Ashton's beautiful hazel eyes are wide and looking straight at me. I feel kinda woozy and my eyes were getting blurry,

"Oh my god" was all he said before I knew it, everything went black.
