Sortsa things. Decent things.

Simple

Hoseok isn't the best at receiving affection.

He's easily flustered, loses confidence, and stumbles over his words when receiving compliments and sweet words of kindness. Hoseok knows this. So he avoids it.

Usually, Hoseok can easily get away with teasing the younger members. They let him poke at them, squish their cheeks, and shower them in love and affection.

The same goes for the elders (including Namjoon), except Hoseok is more domestic. Holding hands or simply hugging. Things like leaning on each other or complimenting their work.

Every once in a while however, Hoseok's affection is balantly returned.

Seokjin is more verbal. He never holds back when he praises Hoseok's talent. He never restrains himself when he compliments Hoseok's looks. This causes the said man to often be left silently screaming as he burns a bright red—much to Seokjin's pleasure.

Yoongi, on the other hand, shows his affection very much like a cat. Sometimes, he'd only be holding Hoseok's hand, or sitting stubbornly atop his lap. Other times, he'd compliment Hoseok's work, in either a sweet and gentle voice, or in a loudly enthusiastic shout.  Hoseok never knew which to expect- but either way, it'd leave him blushing and smiling proudly.

Namjoon however, shows his affection in the gentle, soothing rumble of his words. He and Hoseok never express their affection for each other on a grand scale, but rather continuously, throughout the day in minor ways. Its never too much to fluster Hoseok, but it leaves him smiling and happy, especially when he finds the notes that Namjoon would leave for him.

Jimin is more physical. He likes to cuddle with Hoseok. Wrapping around the elder like a clingy koala bear, spooning him from behind. But he also likes to pamper his hyung, rubbing his sore back and legs, or gently petting his hair, often causing Hoseok to doze. Jimin showed his affection intimately, yet platonically.

Taehyung, unlike the others, shows his affection for Hoseok constantly. From his cheesy words, to gentle touches and possessive hugs, its enough to leave Hoseok feeling weak in the knees, and his heart fluttering.

And alas Jungkook. Jungkook, although at times shy, likes to show his affection for Hoseok like Taehyung. Even if his words could be cruel at times, he truly admires Hoseok, hovering by his side, smiling and silently encouraging his hyung.

So really, Hoseok admits, he may not be the best at receiving affection, but he doesn't appreciate it any less.
