Chapter 2 _ "Stupid Bosses"

*Sehun pov
I was on the phone talking to Chanyeol, who is a member of Exo, and letting him know the first part to the plan. "Ok so, Chanyeol, we need to check that everything will be set for Bangtan. Tonight you will go into the ****Cafe (where you work) and watch the girl, then leave. Suho will wait outside for her. Then we really start the game."

*Y/n pov*
I woke up to my alarm. The night went by way too fast. I have exams coming up in a few weeks, but I got sick and have been behind in a couple of my classes. Because of this, last night once I got home, I studied till 2:30 am. Which if you were wondering, wasn't very pleasant.

I snoozed my first alarm...... till my phone started ringing. I looked and saw it was my boss who fun fact, also is my ex. Yes it was awful and awkward at first after he was promoted to boss authority, but we stayed professional and now we are good friends like we were before our relationship.

-on the phone-

"H-hello?" You said in a sleepy voice

"Y/N!!!" Eunwoo said over the phone.

"AHHH!!! What the heck dude?" You said annoyed at Eunwoo for screaming your name over the phone right onto your precious ear.

"Hey, sry but I NEED you here right now and remember I am still your amazing boss, so I can scold you in front of everyone as punishment for calling me dude over the phone" He replied.

Eunwoo made you annoyed because half of the time you called him boss he would say you were friends, but then would call you informally, so you would treat him as your friend. Then he would say that he is still your boss and you have to stay professional.

-still on the phone-

"Ok boss.... what do you need me for?" You answered trying not to show the annoyance in your voice.

"I know its a little early, but Kang's husband called saying they were having their baby and I need someone to fill her spot. I know you will say, "why me?" But I trust you the most, and I have to go to some meetings today." he explained.

"Uhh... ok for Kang and her new family. But how long? I really can't afford missing another class, with exams in a couple weeks." I said in a annoyed tone.

"Well..... I kinda need you there for the whole day." His voice got higher as he felt guilty to do this to you, as he knew about your financial problems.

"B-but b-boss I-i..... okey fine." You wanted to yell and cry at the same time.

"I'm sorry and thank you soooo much Y/n!"
-call ended-

Mentally, I was going to kill something, but thought to myself.

Ok think Y/n who can you have copy the lecture for today? Or is today the student evaluation? Well, I could call Min Joy. I'm not close with her, but we have always been kind to each other and she seems cool, so I guess I could call her?

-calling Joy-

-goes to voicemail

"Hey Joy! Sorry to call you early, but can you please copy down what we do today in class? I have to fill in for a co-worker and my boss needs me there. Please text me when you hear this, thanks and sorry!" You left her that voice mail.

TIME SKIP_
It's 6:45 am. Eunwoo greeted me at the door, then gave me the keys, and literally left. I bet I have bags under my eyes cause I'm soooo tired. Luckily I brought my backup quick makeup.

It's been a few hours. There are 5 of us in the cafe. Just 5! Luckily though, it's not busy as to its a Wednesday morning. The cafe isn't near the high school, so we don't get that many of highschool customers, it's mostly business people and college students like myself.

TIME SKIP_
I am super tired. I have dropped 3 cups of coffee, luckily they didn't brake as to one of my coworkers caught it, and the other two didn't fall high enough off the ground. I haven't checked the time in several hours because somehow knowing the time makes the day longer and much worse than it already is. I went over to clean the tables. There were just 2 others left. Which gives me the guess it's like 3pm. Our cafe is interesting, we aren't actually understaffed, but Eunwoo doesn't trust easily and is very busy, so he only schedules certain people the majority of the time. And I get to be one of the "trustworthy" employees.

I was enjoying humming to a song that got stuck in my head when someone tapped my shoulder. I jumped. 

"Ah! Ohhh... uhh yes sir may I help you?" I asked.

"Ahh yes! I would like a menu." He said with a weird smile.

"Ok coming right up."
That was weird how he tapped me, I was only humming. Oh well I'll just brush it off. I come back with a menu.

"Here sir." I gave him a menu.

"Thank you!" He thanked me.

"Umm sir, may I ask you something?"

"Ask away." He replied.

"Why did you tap me? I was just humming and there were 2 other workers? Sorry not trying to be rude, I am curious." I politely asked just because I was very weirded out.

"Oh I just wasn't sure who to talk to, and I do better with physical contact." He said to me.

"Ok, umm how much more time would you like to decide for food?"

"Actually I'm not very hungry anymore. Thanks and sorry to weird you out." He got up from his seat.

"Ani, it's fine, have a good day sir!"

Ok that was sooo weird and now I don't feel very good, but thankfully he's leaving.

Chanyeol Pov
After I got up and left my seat from the cafe I smirked. Awww the girl looks so innocent. Well that's why we want her. She will help us, and we get to take revenge on her father. If her father is terrible, she has her father's evil in her blood too. Here we come Eun Y/n. *smirks*
