Gallapher's P.O.V
It was cold, freezing. I thought I was dead. Its winter and I only have a thin blanket and newspapers as a pillow to keep me warm.
It was one of those very cold late Octobers.
Stuck...
Alone...
In this world I never thought I would be in.
My family; mother, father, sisters, and brothers died in a plane crash coming back home from visiting grandma and pa. I stayed because I'm afraid of heights and crashes and guess what that's how my family died.
How ironic, huh.
I look out my book to see people passing the ally no one knew I was in. I close my box; the wind was getting stronger and violent,
I fell asleep freezing my butt off.
*DREAM*
"Captain, Captain what's wrong?! Why is the plane shaking this way," the flight attendant asked.
I don't know the captain responded.
"I told everyone to stay clam it's just the wind."
"Hmm it seems like it bird season and a lot of bird are around and it seems like a few went into the plan fan," the co-pilot freezed, "it looks like we're going to –
*DREAM OVER*
I whimper and move furiously in my sleep due to the dream making me thing how my family die and I should have been the one to die.
I woke up breathing heavily and went back to sleep with no dreams, but still whimpering and shaking from the cold.
Zander's P.O.V
"Done, done and done," my secretary, Jewels, put the paper work for the new settlements on my desk.
"Thank you, Jewels, you can go now."
"Anything, Zander," I let her call me by my first name because we are best friends since diapers.
It's 9:47
"I think I should be heading home too," I look through my glass window and seeing people in heavy attire to keep them warm.
"Yah think," she smirks. I rolled my eyes.
"Whatever, good thing I brought winter clothes today."
"Yeah, yeah, yeah well good night see you Monday."
"Today's Friday and I don't like working on Saturday's and Sunday's so I take those days off Jewel's usually run the company in Saturday's and Sunday's.
I put on my winter coat gloves and scarf and beanie getting ready to step in the brutal weather.
Why are you looking at me like that I'm 23, not 60 I think I can still wear a beanie.
Well the names Zander Simon Fine. I'm 23 and 6 '2'. Born in a rich family, but was never spoil. My dad, Patrick Fine, hand over the Fine Company to me so he can travel the world with my lovely beautiful mother, Stephanie Fine.
I went into the elevator to the lobby passing Ben, the security guard.
"Night, boss." He waved.
"Night Benny," waving back and chuckling Ben hates being called Ben. He's 49, have a great family and hilarious you'll love Ben.
I walk out the building and start walking down the street to the next block since my car is there,
Just because I'ma rich name doesn't mean I like to be treated rich.
Man, it's freezing, good thing I wore winter clothes.
I walk pass an ally hearing whimpering and movements with boxes.
I didn't want to go fearing my life, like curious kills the cat. So being me I went to check it out. I walk into the cold, wet ally and see cardboard boxes at the far end. I see a box moved, so I slowly opened it to see a young handsome, but pale as snow, teenage boy.
What the- what?! How did he get here? Is he homeless?
Well of course he's in a freaking cardboard box. Plus his clothes are ripped up.
I think fast and pick him up with his thin blanket he has wrap around him. I rushed to my car putting the angel in my backseat to lie down. Putting my suitcase in the passenger seat and got in my driver seat putting the car on and heater to warn up the angel.
The Angel.
That's all I can call him. But that what makes him beautiful, being an Angel.
I don't even know his name. I search him for identify and there was nothing. None. Nada. But an Angel, he was so innocent probably naïve too.
I look in my rear view mirror looking at the angel wondering who he is. I would love to describe how sexy he is or what I'll love to do to him, but now is not the time.
I arrive at my apartment building and headed straight to the elevator carrying my angel in my arms being careful, ignoring the hellos', surprise and stranger looks.
You see I never take any dates home, have dates, or stuff like that. I'm not into the dating really. In other words, you can say The Company is practically my husband.
Yes indeed I said my angel. It's something about this boy that have me feeling whole, something I never felt before, but I don't know what it is.
I got to the last floor, 20. I open my apt. door easy and lock it back. I head to my room and gently put him on the bed.
I went to my bathroom and that was connected to my bedroom to take a quick shower and put on a new pair of boxers and grab a blanket and pillow from my closet and lay it on the couch in my room for me to sleep on.
I put on the heater in my room to warm up the beauty.
I walk over to the angel I went to grab a while t-shirt and boxers of mine. I quickly change him making sure not to look at his friend the cover him up with the comforter making sure he was okay. Went back the couch cover myself and fall asleep.
