Chapter 6 Meeting the neighbours

Saoirse POV

We have been in my new house in North Carolina for a 2 days now. My house is so big it was bigger than my old little house back at home. When I was in packing there was a knock at the door. I ran downstairs to see who it was. My mam already opened. Standing at the door was women with some cupcakes in 1 hand and like a 4 year old in the other. 2 boys stood behind them but I could see what the look like. I was trying to hide.

"Hi my name is Elisabeth this is my daughter skylynn and my 2 sons Nash and Hayes my other son is out with his girlfriend. We just want to say welcome to the neighbour hood". She said. HAYES what? is he the 1 from the plane. No it couldn't be. "hello hi my name is Nicole my daughter is upstairs her name is Saoirse and my husband is still not used to the timing so he took a nap. Here come in Elisabeth."my mam said

"thanks nicole and just call me Liz". Liz said to my mam. I ran upstairs pretending I was only coming down "MA who's at the door" I shouted going down the stairs. "Hello honey this is Elisabeth she is our new neighbour" she said. While giving me the eye for meaning to be nice "Honey this is skylynn Nash and Hayes Elisabeth's kids" my mam said.

"Hi" I said shyly. Oh no Hayes noticed me! SHIT! "hello Saoirse" elisabeth said to me. "Hello mrs??????" I asked. " No honey just call me Liz" she said to me so nicely. "You guys are so nice when we moved out of our first house and went to our second house we weren't even said a hello" my mam telling the truth I didn't even had a friend on the road.

While my mam and Liz were talking in my kitchen. I went over to Hayes and Nash. Hi nice to meet you" I said to them. "Hey i remember you, you were the replacement of that old man. Thank god you came that guy smelt like really old cheese" Hayes said to me laughing and rubbing his neck. "hahaahahahahahaha oh yea" I said to him giggling in what he said.

Nash looked so confused. "How did you guys meet" Nash asked confused. "Oh we met on a plane because the old man got mixed up with his seat and meant to seat in Saoirse's seat but sat next to me" Hayes said to his brother. Nash understood and went into the kitchen.

I remembered I had set up my xbox should I ask Hayes to got to my room. There's no harm like were only going to being playing some games. "Hayes do you want to play some games on my xbox?" I asked him looking in his eyes waiting for an answer. " Yea sure lets go" he said. I went to the kitchen saying my mam and Liz me and Hayes is going to be playing some games on the xbox. All they said was have fun.

I went back into the living room and went up the stairs while hayes was behind me. My room was so big I even had a walk in wardrobe. My room was black on 2 walls and pink on 2 walls. I used glow in the dark paint and I painted mermaids and with a blue light I could make it glow in day light too.

"Hey check this out" I said to Hayes. Getting my light out and turning off the lights. I turned the light on and showed him. He look impressed. " That's really cool Saoirse how did you do that. Is awesome" he said looking at the sea creatures and sea plants. " I painted it with glow in the dark paint and I got this blue light with it and home in a shop called the euro giant and it worked (if your irish you know what shop I'm on about in any shopping centres sometimes lol)

After like an hour of playing call of duty and FIFA 14. I won a few games and he won the rest. My mam came up with some ham and cheese toasties for both of us. " Hayes your mam went home with your brother and sister. She didn't want to disturb your game playing. And I said you could stay for lunch would you like that". My mam said and asked him. " Yea that's ok thanks for the "grilled sandwich" he said and thanked.
