Author's rambling space: sorry guys for the delay. I don't like using excuses but i have been very busy with school and other stuff. I'll be sure to get the other chapters done soon. If you want to see some "moments" with you and Ban, comment please.

Ban and I sat at the bar together, I'm still not confident about drinking, but Ban seems to be over confident. He's on his forth bottle today. Something must be on his mind. I sat on the counter top and took the bottle out of Ban's hands. He froze for a second, looking at his empty hand. Ban growled under his breath and clenched his hand in a fist.

"Hey, that's mind!" Ban shouted and tries to reach for it but I slapped his hand away.

"Ah, ah, ah, you're not getting drunk on my watch." I teased and toss the bottle to Meliodas. He caught it and set it under the bar.

"You bitch!" Ban roared. He growled and exits the bar, slamming the green door behind him.

"If it's one thing you don't do is get between Ban and his alcohol." Diane said from outside the tavern's window.

I don't get why humans and other races like alcohol so much. It smells horrible and taste so bitter. They act like it's sugar, to me it take like spoiled tea.

Diane peaked through the large window on the tavern. Her purple eyes meet up with mine. She closed them and chucked.

"Hey, (y/n), what's up?" Diane asked cheerfully.

"Not much. Just thinking, that's all." I replied, jumping off the counter and stood right in front of the giant.

"Have you remembered anything?" She asked.

I shook my head slowly. "Not yet, but when I do, I'll be sure to tell you right away." I giggle. I toke a mental note of my promise.

"Okay!" Diane cheered.

Even though its been a long time, i wonder what happened to Danafor. A city doesn't just disappear. No way. Or was Ban just saying that to keep me on edge? No, I may not know him, but I'm sure he won't just tell me fictional stories with a straight face.

"Hey, Diane!" I said. She looks back in the window.

"What's up, (y/n)?" She asked.

"What happened to Danafor sixteen years ago?" I asked.

"Huh? I have no idea. Why do you ask?"

"No reason. Just wondering." I said without making eye contact. Even if you asked how I remember that, I can say that the Holy Knights asked me about it. It won't be completely false since they did ask that. I often ignored their questions for certain reasons.

"Huh?" Diane said and cropped her head to the side.

"No, it's nothing. Really." I laughed.

"Okay," she nodded and moved away from the window. I let out a long sigh and took a seat. My head rested in the palm of my hand.

"Danafor was completely destroyed during the war sixteen years ago. No one knows why." Meliodas barged in.

"How does a city just disappear?" I asked with furrowed eyebrows.

Meliodas shrugged his shoulders. "A strong magical power, i guess?"

"Right?" I replied sarcastically.

Elizabeth ran to the bar and tripped over an uneven board. She crashed to the ground. A low cry escape her lips. Meliodas jumped over the bar and helped her to her feet.

"Don't try so hard," he said smoothly and patted her back. She shamefully looked at the ground and her hands collected the bottom seem of the navy blue short skirt.
