Me

To start with i am Gemma a year ten girl with nothing to lose. Well that's what people say

My mums divorced and I have to live her and her horrible boyfriend. I have a brother called Jo, he is in year six and he hates me.

I mostly go to school, text my friends and play netball. there is one secret I some times visit dad, he pours me a few drinks and we talk about life.

I have coco brown hair and pale skin. I mostly wear a tight dress with no sleeves in summer and in winter, I don't know I just go with the flow.

I go to a public school. the main thing about the school is that there is a boy I like, he is called cooper he has blonde straight flowy hair. he is so nice to my little brother, he must be crazy!

We always look at each other and I smile I follow him on Facebook and Instagram. now I want him to know that I like him and maybe the magic will work!!

THE BROACH

At the dinner table Jo is stuffing the rice down his mouth. I speak up " mum there is this boy that like"

"Is it cooper?" shouts Jo "be quiet!" I said

"Darling just tell us" said mum "I'm listening" whispers Jo "be quiet!!" I shout

"Jo leave the room!" stammers mum

He sulks away to his room

"Well mum it is kinda cooper" I whisper in her ear

"Oh he is quite hot!" She says

"What how do you know him!" I said

"I work with his mum!" she said.

THE DANCE

The school has a dance were you get to choose a boy you like and you bring them home for the boys to meet your parents.

"What do you chose!" said mum walking across my room "dad or cooper?" "cooper" I wail dad is leaving to Singapore and I will never see him again.
