It's happening. The day has finally come. You're moving into your new apartment. You've never done anything like this before. Packed up your things and left home. You search your purse for you keys to your new place. Struggling to find them with the last box in your hand, you nearly drop it. Then he appears..

"Woah woah. Let me get that for you, stranger." He rushes over to you and grabs the box from. He has the cutest and chubbiest red cheeks. And his voice, oh gosh his voice. Who is this guy?!

You realize you've just been staring at him now. He probably thinks you're some weird girl next door. Then he smiles and laughs a little.

"Even your laugh is adorable!" Oh my- NO.. Did you just say that out loud!? No no no. That was meant to stay in your head. You can feel your face turning red now. The embarrassment..

"It's about time I got a beautiful neighbor. I'm Sam Pottorff. I live right across the hall from you. So if you ever need anything just let me know." He's been staring at you this entire time. Normally you would hate it but with him, you like it. You like him, possibly.

"Uhh well just let me unlock the door. Sorry" you say while chuckling a little. You unlock the door and you both walk into a apartment filled with move in boxes stacked everywhere.

"Maybe I should stick around for awhile. Looks like you'll need a lot of help with this.." Sam puts the box down and starts to walk around the apartment, looking at all the boxes to see where they all go. "Alright, I take upstairs, you take down!" He says from the tops of the stair cases.

Hours have past. It's now dark outside. At last you both have finished the apartment. It looks better than you could have ever imagined!

"I can't thank you enough Sam. I'm surprised with myself. At how easy it was for me to make a new friend. Thanks for today," You lean across the couch and give me a kiss on the cheek. He quickly turns his head to kiss you on the lips. So soon? But you don't resist. You like it. His cold lip ring feels so good on your lips.

What felt like the longest kiss ever was followed by another kiss. After that you both pull back, and smile at each other. It's sudden, but you can already see a future for you two. This isn't normally like you though.

"Hey uhh.. I'm hungry, let's go across the hall to my apartment. I'll whip us up something to eat. A sandwich okay with you?" He puts his hand on you thigh and starts to rub it. "Of course let's go" You're excited to see what his place looks like.

"You can just sit out on the balcony, the view is beautiful this time of night" He walks you to the balcony. "But obviously it's not nearly as beautiful as you" He winks at you and walks away to make the sandwiches, He wasn't lying. The view was gorgeous. Breathtaking. This is it. This is your new home. "Hello Hollywood" You mumble to yourself.

You feel Sam come up behind you, Wrapping his arms around you and resting his head on your shoulder. This is nice. This is what you've always wanted. Him. This. Right here and now.

"I know it's sudden but I think this could be something real. Something big and serious. Me and you.Us." He turns you around so he can say the next part looking into your eyes. "I think I might love you. And don't let that scare you off please. Just give me a chance and you'll never look back, I promise."

This is crazy. Not because you think he is crazy for thinking, but because you've been thinking that since he first spoke to you. You can't help but break into a smile. You just met this guy yet you already know so much about him and have developed feelings so quickly.

"If you were anyone else, I'd call you crazy. But I know this could workout. So let's give it, us, a shot in the dark." You grab his face and look at his lips.

He gets the hint.

He leans in to kiss you. You both take your sandwiches back inside and decide to watch netflix cuddled up on his couch.

"Maybe someday you could move to this apartment, and we can go out on the balcony and look out every night. It could be our thing" He says it like he's never been so excited in his life. He's adorable.

"I love that idea." You both just smile at each other then you put you head back down on his shoulder. He kisses your forehead.
