"She's not following the orders!" I boomed to the man infront of me before shutting the blinds. He just shrugged and drank the last can of bear that was stuffed in the fridge.

"Destiny who the hell cares, let the girl be." Harry complained rubbing his eyes tiredly.

"Says the one who killed her best friend." Harry stared at me in disbelief before shaking his head.

"You know that shit isn't true. I can't believe you made me lie to her, I'm never going to get her back now." Harry continued to complain as I rolled my eyes.

"Oh harry grow up she isn't a catch, trust me." I said rolling my eyes. Whether this chick was with the person or not she got each guy she wanted which pissed me off.

"Whatever." he says lifting off the couch to get another beer.

"Just keep up with the plan until I say change it, got it?" He waved his hand in the air so I'm assuming he heard my orders.

I wasn't done with this Cassandra Prima and if she thought getting kidnapped was the worst thing she had gone through. Then she had a lot coming because I had more plans ahead for her.

Cassandra Prima's Pov

"Can you tell us what he looked like possibly?" I just shrugged again playing nonchalant about the whole situation like it had never happened.

I was asked to come here to the police station so they could ask meaningless questions that I didn't answer.

"I think that's enough questioning for now, we'll let you know if we find something." The woman investigator next to him told Michael and I.

It was pointless to try searching because Harry was hidden and who even knew if what he told me about Bea was the truth. He could have just dumped her body in the middle of somewhere not bothering to take her to the hospital.

I nodded in understandment before taking off the jacket Michael had wrapped around me and gave it back to him.

"Here, I'm going home." I informed him rubbing the bandage on my arm that held my wounded wrist in it.

"Let me take you." he offered but I shook my head.

"I'll be fine, it's only a block away." I tried convincing him to just let me walk but it wasn't going to happen.

"You just got kidnapped and you think I'm going to let you go back alone? Come on I'll take you." he said grabbing the hand that wasn't injured.

I sighed deeply giving up. I was exhausted and all of this questioning made me want to fall asleep in the interrogation room.

"Fine." I say as he lead me to the car. I was curious as to what happened at the wedding and if he married her but I kept the questions to myself.

It was complete silence as we drove to my apartment and I found myself kept glancing over at the man to my left. The silence felt suffocating and I reached for the radio, it seemed like we had the same idea and I pulled my hand back so he could work the radio.

My eyes diverted to his hands and I looked away once I saw that he hadn't had a wedding ring on his left handd

"You didn't do it." I stated. It came out more as a question than a statement and he looked over at me before returning them back to the road.

"No I didn't." he said sighing continuing to keep his eyes on the road.

I didn't know what to say after that, I guess I just wanted him to confirm if my thoughts where right or wrong before I jumped to conclusions.

"Who was it?" he asked causing me to furrow my eyebrows in confusion on what he was asking.

"Who was the one that kidnapped you. I know you know who it was, I've known you long enough to tell that you where lying when they asked who kidnapped you." he explained his question further, glancing over to me once in a while.

"I don't want to talk about it. Especially with someone who's been cheating on me longer than he's said he was." I muttered but he heard me causing him to suck in a sharp breath.

"You had to bring that up." he said making me scoff. Of course I was going to bring that shit up. It wasn't like it was some normal everyday situation that I would have.

"Yeah I did so don't expect to get any details out of me." I told him crossing my arms over my chest and looking out of the window.

"Cassy I said I was sorry-" I cut him off before he could finish.

"Michael you think saying sorry is going to heal all of the pain you've put me through. It doesn't alright." I said biting my lip in frustration.

"Yeah well is telling my ex fiancé that I loved you enough. Telling her that I want to be with you instead, is that enough?" he asked gripping on to the steering wheel.

He stopped in front of my apartment once we got there and put the car in park before sitting back in the chair.

"Is it?" he repeated in a whisper before looking at me. I pressed my lips into a thin line before looking down at my nails in thought.

My head was somewhere else. If Harry was able to kill Bea so easily if would be much more easier to kill Michael and that was the last thing I wanted. But I couldn't deny that I still loved him and that's what made the decision more difficult on what I should decide.

Cliff Hanger yet again. What was Harry talking about when he said that killing Bea wasn't true? Where is she then? What's Cassy's decision going I be? So many questions but you'll found out more in the next update. I hoped you liked this update and enjoy future chapters. Just incase you didn't know I have a new book it's called🚫 'Somewhere In Time'🚫 and I would love it if you checked that out sometime.
