"(Y/N), wait up!"
I stop running around the park I spent most of your childhood in and turned around to see a green haired boy running, no, jogging to my position. There's sweat running down his freckled face and he looks extremely tired.

"Come on Brokkori!" (A/N: google translate says that means broccoli so don't judge, people who actually speak Japanese!) I called back to him. As he finally nears, I took a moment to marvel at the way his freckles are beautifully placed, and the way the the light reflects on each and every moisturized pore—"(Y/N)-chan?"

Oh, he finally made it! I look down at the boy only an inch shorter than me and realized I had spaced out for a full five minutes. "Mhm.. it's nothing Izuku." I assure him. He looked like he wanted to ask me something so I waited... no response. "Brokkori?" His eyes seemed to come into focus. He seemed worried. "Want to—uh—go on the—uh—swings?" It was improv, don't judge. Izuku grinned, wait did I tell you that was his name? "Race ya (Y/N)!" He seems even more confident around me—WAIT I'M LOSING

We ran across the playground like the kids we were, both aiming for a swing, next to each other of course. Luckily mr spiky hair boom boom boy was sitting on the 3rd swing so we were even less lonely. Heh. I called Katsuki that ever since he got that flashy quirk. So me and Izuku sat down next to Katsuki and we were swinging for a while. Until it happened. We HAaD TO GO bACK HomE! Katsuki fell asleep on the swing so we were gonna wake him up, but then this big 'ol shadow came and we were oh so so scared and then it was—

Dad?

In his hero form, of course.

So Me and Dad—All Might walked Izuku back home and he carried Katsuki back to Miss Bakugo. So that night, I fell asleep peacefully. As usual.

Not anymore.
