Maddie's pov
I gasped and quickly turned around into not to be met with Jonah and tears filling his eyes. I didn't know what to do I wanted to hug him but, I stopped myself because he's not mine anymore I just stood there with a shocked face. he eventually let the tears fall he spoke but with many voice cracks "what do you mean she's mine" I didn't know what to say except for one thing "can we go to our house she needs to go home we can talk there" I had hope in my eyes just waiting there. He thought about it for a few minutes before he said " okay I'll follow you in my car" I was so relieved I nodded towards the cart he took some steps but I stopped him. I stood on my tippy toes reaching up to wipe the tears "she doesn't like it when people cry it makes her cry" he just nodded bi wiped my tears away before putting a fake smile on then walking towards adaya "hey baby girl we're gonna go home now okay?" She smiled up before looking to Jonah "who's that mama" I looked at him before back at her "just a friend he's coming over. Me and him are going to talk while you and cam play okay?" She squealed loud she loves cam like a aunt. Jonah looked at me skeptical I held up one finger I smiled back at adaya and started to push the cart with all of my things. I leaned over to Jonah and whispered "cam is my best friend she is like a aunt to adaya" he nodded. Once we got to the register I pulled adaya out of the cart and let her help, this was always her favorite part of going to the store. We eventually made it out and once we stepped out of the store we were met with 3 photographers and a couple of fans it's been a while since I felt like this , but I was more nervous for adaya she was so nervous. I looked at Jonah with plead in my eyes hoping that we could leave, he looked at me and noticed and told everybody we had to go he made a path way and we rushed to the car while he rushed to his. I silently drove home only humming to a few of the lyrics from the radio. Once we got home I put all of the groceries away and called cam down she asked what happened I explained everything to her quickly and just in time for Jonah to get here as there was a knock on the door. I took a few deep breathes and finally opened the door I gave him a small smile and invited him in "come on in" he stepped in the house and looked around "nice house" I smiled "thanks" he looked at me with something in his eyes but I couldn't tell what. "I assume you want to talk right now" he stood there for a few seconds "yea I really want to know what happened" I nodded and led him to the couch where we sat down. I started to tell him everything how I found out and for how long I knew,but the part that he and I had been waiting for " when I found out I was so happy, I was ready to start a new chapter in my life and the more I thought about it the more excited I was. I was gonna tell you one day I planned everything out how I was gonna tell you, where I was gonna tell you, even when the exact time I wanted everything to be perfect. Do you remember that one ginger where I asked you out to the Cheesecake Factory and we both had big news and I let you go first?" He looked at me and instantly new what I was talking about "well that's when I was gonna tell you but I let you go first and your good news hurt me so bad. It was your first international tour you were exposing how everything was gonna go and where. You were so excited and I couldn't break you like that, so I lied and made something up I kept the ultrasound picture in my pocket and shooed away the waiters when they came out. I was so upset and I realized that this baby was going to be a burden on you and it would distract you and I wasn't gonna to that. So after you told me that night i acted like everything was normal But really I set a flight for a week later and when I left that note for you it was the hardest thing I had done letting you go. And I know that if I stayed you would never had forgiven me for keeping you away." I finished up by the end of my speech I was in tears. Jonah looked heart broken he was so upset he took one more breathe then let everything's it. He was full on sobbing so I did the only thing I could think of doing which was using him into me. I let him cry on me while apologizing to him "I'm so sorry Jonah I never wanted to hurt you." He held on to me so tight not wanting to let go. After a good ten minutes he finally
Loosened up and put his hands on my face and said the one thing I didn't think of him to say to me "I'm sorry" I shook my head " no Jonah what could you possibly be sorry for" " I wasn't there for you, I made you think that this baby would be a burden ever since you left I've never stopped loving you" I laughed "Jonah marais I have always loved you and I never want you to forget that" he smiled down at me and pulled me into a long and passionate kiss. I haven't kissed anybody since him, I wrapped my arms around his neck. This is where I belonged in his arms. " do you forgive me?" I asked with hope " I don't know I'll have to think about it" I was disappointed "of course take all the time you need" he snickered I was confused "I'm sorry I had to do it " he said while laughing I hit his shoulder "not funny" "oh come on it was a little funny" I smiled and pulled him closer to me. As we were in the middle of a make out cess there was a small voice calling me "mama?" I hopped off his lap and turned around only to be met with the confused face of a little kid. "Hey baby where cam?" She pointed to the room and quietly spoke "she fell asleep" I went to go pick her up and held her in my arms. "mama what were you doing to Jonah?" He held in his laugh I glared at him before looking back at the innocent child "nothing to your business. Now I have to talk to you about something important okay?" She nodded and Jonah sat by me with his hand on my knee I spoke but my voice was shaking " you know how you've always wanted a dad and you thought you would never get one?" She smiled and nodded I smiled but had to hide the tears that were coming out. "Well this is your daddy adaya" I turned to Jonah and he was nervous she was confused "wait what?" "Jonah is your daddy" she sat there with a look on her face that I couldn't read but then she smiled widely and waddled over to Jonah and opening and closing her hands, signaling that she wants to be picked up. He looked over at me asking me if he could, I couldn't speak so I just nodded quickly. He scooped her in her arms,as she rested her head on his shoulder he whispered in her ear softly "I'm sorry baby girl" my heart was slowly being put back together. adaya looked at me. "Mama" she held her hand out to me I softly grasped it into my own and scorched over so we could all be together. Jonah rested his chin on my head "I'll never let you guys go again, I promise to live both of you forever."
Time skip to a week later
Jonah's POV
It's been a week since I've been united together with the love of my life and my beautiful adaya and I don't want to waste another minute without them by my side. I was texting Corbyn making sure everything was ready.
J-" are you guys ready?"
C-"yeah we just need to go to the house to pick adaya up tell us when your ready"
J-"will do thank you so much"
C-" don't this is a big moment for you guys I would do anything for you"
J-"okay she's pulling in right now I gotta go"
C-"okay see you later"
I put my phone down and looked at the little child in my arms. The door opened and Maddie stumbled in with arms filled with groceries, as she never finished last time. I watched her every move as she dropped her bag on the table, how her hair was in a messy bun, and how she looked so beautiful without even trying she walked over to the fridge and pantry she put everything. She walked towards me and sat next to me and later her head on my shoulder. I spoke without waking up adaya "how was your day love?" She sighed "it was good my professor is very nice so she let me slide on my paper that I was supposed to do last night, but I couldn't because someone kept distracting me" she said and narrowed her eyes on me I looked away innocently "you enjoyed though didn't you?" I asked knowing her answer she didn't say anything " let's go out tonight. Just you and me I'll get one of the boys to babysit" she nodded "where will we go?" I smirked "that's for me to know and you to find out." She whines and kept poking me "well how am I supposed to know what to where then?" I stood up and laid adaya back on the couch and held my hand out for her to grab. She hesitated for a second but eventually took my hand and stood up I led her to the bedroom where rose petals were and a dress laid. It was her dream dressed she always wanted it, but always said it was to expensive.  So I got it for her it was a black 3D flower off the shoulder dress from Nordstrom and black Michael kors Berkeley platform wedges also from Nordstrom and some other small accessories. She had tears in her eyes shocked she quickly turned around I thought she was gonna run, but she turned around and licked her arms around my necks I wrapped my arms around her thighs and picked her up, as she was the weight of a feather. I could hear the small sniffles "it's okay baby" she shook her head "why would you do this" I shrugged "I don't know I thought the most perfect girl in the world deserved what ever she wanted." She just hugged me.
A hour later
Maddie's pov
I just finished getting ready still so shocked that Jonah got me this stuff. I walked out and started to walk to adaya's room she was there with Jonah playing with her toys on the bed. He looked up and stopped where he was and his jaw dropped down he came closer to me and pulled me into a kiss it was perfect up until I felt a small tug at my leg I looked down at the child who was smiling at me. I walked downstairs with adaya in my arms, because I heard the door ring. I opened to find Zach there I thought oh no I can't let him have my baby. I guess he could tell and laughed "don't worry jacks in the car" I let out a big breathe. We talked for a while before giving them her schedule and hugging for a long time and they left. Jonah came down the stairs in a black tuxedo I looked at him in awe he came over to me and wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me into a quick kiss "god your so beautiful" I just laughed. He pulled me and walked to the kitchen before coming back with a bouquet of white roses. I gasped "Jonah you didn't have to do this for me" I took them in my arms he just smirked "I wanted to. I looked at them and saw you" I chuckled and went to get a vase to put them in once I did that Jonah placed a blind folder over my eyes and slowly led me to his car. It was quiet in the car besides the soft voice on the radio. Had his hand on my leg while mine was on top of his. We had finally reached a stop when Jonah got out of the car and walked to my side of the car and opened for me before taking my hand " why thank you kind sir" he lead me to this sort of pathway with flowers. I hadn't noticed that we were on the beach until I felt the sand under me. At the end of the pathway was a table with candles and to covered plates I looked at Jonah in awe he just came over and pulled out my chair. I had no words I took a seat and we started conversation while eating our food when randomly someone came out with two more plates that had dessert. I took of the tops and there was a chocolate ball and a side container of hot chocolate I smiled always wanting to do this I excitedly took the hot chocolate and watched as it melted the ball when I poured it over it the middle was a small box I was confused because Jonah reached over and grabbed it he wiped it and stood up before stepping to the side and getting on one knee. Before he said anything he took my hand and all of the boys cane out in a suit in tie and started to sing 'can't help falling in love' Corbyn was holding adaya and I realized what was going on and put my head in my hands and crying he stifled a laugh "baby I haven't even said anything don't cry" I grabbed his shoulder "I don't care I know what's happening" "well can you just let me finish" I nodded still crying " Maddie Riley cole I have loved ever since I first met you and when we first met you asked me what my goal was in life and I said to be successful in the band but I want to change that. I want to be your man and make you smile and raise our beautiful baby girl together in a house and I want to take you every where you want to go. When you left I was so upset I thought that I did something and I did I made you think that I wasn't ready or good but I am I want to be you shoulder to cry when you need it and all I've ever wanted was to live you and our daughter. When I found you again I get that I was given another chance to be with you and I am not going to mess this up." And the end of his speech I was practically bawling my eyes out and Jonah had tears in his eyes.  "so will you do me the honors of being my wife and marry me?" I wiped my tears and looked at him "I....."
