Preface:

The Jewish lifestyle turned to bondage after the Babylonians conquered their lands. For decades they led a life of slavery for disobeying their God. Freedom came from the most unusual source. They assumed their liberation would be a Jewish king, but theyre God thought different. The Babylonian kingdom was crumbling at the hands of the Persian empire, but their strongholds where Opis, Sippara, and Media. These cities were major trade routes. King Cyrus attacked three times in the past but failed, and he dreamed of conquering his enemies.

The king dreamed of defeating the Babylonians, but a white cloud took over this nightmare. It began with King Cyrus, in his military garment, riding a white horse ready to annihilate his enemies, but the white cloud took control. Where am I?

I am the living God that will give you what you wish upon returning my people. The king became irate causing him to scream loud enough to wake his advisors. Because of this, they came running to his bedside. He lay in bed as his advisor rushed to get his kids. His brother believed the king could die before sunrise, but God had other plans for him and death was not part of it.

God showed the kings reward for accepting the offer, and the devastation if he refused. The king spent three days in this dream state. No matter what the doctors tried, he remained in a weakened coma. The kings advisor, brother, and daughter where bedside when the king woke, but his son refused.

During his dreamlike state, he agreed with God's demands. In return Persia conquered its enemies, and the king had an emerging empire. A year after Cyrus conquest ended, he freed the Jewish and Babylonian slaves. The king signed a decree to rebuild the temple, and King Cyrus used his own money to pay for the construction. God rewarded king with a gift to yield. Archangel Gabriel was sent to deliver the gift, but the son's jealousy and greed ended Cyrus the Greats life. The empire was in turmoil, and the battle between good and evil began. 

Chapter One

Separation of Twins

For the past two weeks the dreams haunted me causing my screams to echo throughout the house. I woke drenched in sweat from its intensity. Why did it take Nanna so long? Most nights, I stay awake, but the storm disabled my WIFI. These nightmares consumed my whole life making me alter my plans. Home coming was less than a week away, and I didnt have a dress.

Help me! Its happening again.

Calm down Espi, Its just a dream. Nanna screamed as she hurried to my room.
