~Austin~
The moment she walked through the door, I knew. The way she looked fazed out and uninterested explained it all.
But Aria's mother didn't wait for another second and started lashing out on her. I couldn't believe a mother could ever do this. To her very own daughter.
But I wasn't gonna let history repeat itself. I wasn't going to loose her. Not again.
~Aria~
Mother left after a few minutes and the whole house was silent. I looked at Harry who was talking to Liam, in whispers. I knew he wouldn't tell him. I had learnt to trust him.
My gaze shifted to Austin who glaring at me. I knew he was mad at me. Anyone would. I hadn't replied to his calls or texts since the wedding.
"I'm leaving", he stated and walked out of the living room. I buried my head in my hands, cursing myself.
"Aria, go talk to him", I looked up and saw Adil staring at me.
I simply nodded my head and went out. He was in his car, about to leave, when I tapped on his window. He lowered the glass and looked at me.
"Hear me out", I mumbled. He shifted his gaze on the road and didn't reply.
"Get in", he told calmly. I went around the car and got in.
He drove us to his apartment. We were quiet the entire way as he kept ignoring me.
Once we were in his apartment he just went into his room. I followed him and saw him removing his clothes, getting ready for a shower.
I put my hand on his shoulder and he flinched.
"Don't. Just don't", he mumbled and sat on the edge of his bed.
"Where were you? Just when I think I have you all for myself, you leave. Aria, I know your hiding something from me", he finished in one breath.
"You have to trust me Austin. Please give me some time. You won't loose me, I-", he suddenly interrupted me. I sat next to him on the bed.
"Is this about Cole?", his eyes watched me intently, waiting for my answer. When I stayed quiet and looked around the room. He knew it.
"It is. Isn't it? It always has been Cole. Cole is not coming back! Get that Aria! He's dead, he isn't coming back."
"You don't think I know that. Let's face it Austin. He didn't die in an accident. He was murdered. And I'm going to find that person", I screamed back at him.
"And do what? Forget him! You have me now."
I didn't fight back. This was important for me. Cole was important to me.
He got off the bed and kneeled on the ground. He lifted my chin up and looked at me.
"I love you and all I want is for you to be happy", he breathed out. I looked back at him and rested my hands on his neck.
He slowly leaned forward and connected out lips. I kissed him back and slowly fell back onto the bed.
His hand went under my shirt and I flinched. He broke the kiss and slowly lifted my shirt. His eyes widened looking at the bruises.
"It's okay", I murmured and kissed him again. He removed my shirt and started kissing my neck.
My mind couldn't stop picturing the green eyed boy. No matter how hard I tried it went back to Harry.
I slowly pushed Austin off me and sat up straight. I brushed my hair away from my face and put my shirt back on.
I felt Austin get off the bed whilst breathing heavily.
He paced around the room for a few minutes and stood in front of me.
"It's Harry, isn't it?", he looked at me, waiting for an answer.
