"Really??" Max laughed.
"I'm sorry that sounded kinda dumb didn't it?"
"Just a bit" max smiled at me. I don't know why but his smile seemed to make me smile. Stop it I told myself he's just Harvey's brother. I smiled pushed my thoughts away and reluctantly smiled back.
"So how do you know harvey?" one of the boys spoke up sensing the tension.
"Well that's a funny story" Harvey laughed "I practically knocked the girl out and then a turtle flew in to save her"
