Finding Our Way

Sae Yi P.O.V

I woke up to find myself in an unrecognizable room. Then I remembered what happened yesterday.
~the kidnapping, almost-rape, and being saved by Mark~

"You like that boy don't you?". Kevin's words from yesterday still lingered in my ears. My face gets warm and I snuggle with blankets. It smelled life peppermint and coffee. It smelled like Mark.

KNOCK KNOCK!
"Yes?", I called out.

"It's me, Mark. Can I come in?"

Speak of the devil. >.< I ran to the mirror and fixed my hair. I quickly opened the door.

"Hey. Good morning. How are you feeling?", he said.

"I'm feeling okay. Better thanks to you. Thank you for coming for me yesterday.", I said. I was fumbling with the pillow to keep from crying.

Suddenly, Mark pulled me into a hug.

"W-what are you do-"

"I know your holding in your tears, Sae Yi. Just let it all out. No one expects you to be strong after what happened. It's okay to let it go.", Mark said gently.

My vision started to blur up. Before I knew it, I was on the bed, hugging Mark and crying. It hurt so bad, but Mark made the pain easier to endure. I pulled away from him.

"I-I was so scared. I t-thought no one would find me. I thought I was g-going to die.", I sobbed. I was trembling real hard. My hands wouldn't stop shaking.

I found Mark's hands on mine. They were warm.

"Sae Yi. I would've never stopped looking for you. You're the world to me.", Mark said.

My cheeks flushed pink. My heart began pounding like crazy.

"Mark, I-"

"Hey guys! Why don't we go to the amusement park to cheer up Sae Yi?", BamBam came in and interrupted.

I smiled at him and nodded. He handed me a brand new outfit from the boutique by the school. I went over to BamBam and hugged him.

"Thank you. So much BamBam."

He chuckled and hugged me back. Then Mark grabbed BamBam by the shirt and dragged him out the door.

"We'll let you change.", he said
I nodded and began to change. I hope today turns out to be good.

BamBam P.O.V
Falling into a dark space is what it feels like. Seeing Sae Yi being comforted by Mark. </3 I already knew this is how it'd end up like, but I didn't know it'd hurt this bad.

My hand froze at the doorknob. It felt like thousands of tons were on my back. The way she smiled at him. The way she looked at him. I knew. My chance was over.

Sae Yi's P.O.V
Me, Mark and BamBam took the bus to the amusement park outside of Seoul. It was ginormous! Roller coasters, food, games and a Ferris wheel!

"Guys! I wanna go on that one!", I told them excitedly.

They both looked at each other and laughed. I looked at them in confusion.

"You're just like a little kid.", laughed Mark.

I pouted. >.< Was I really like a little kid? I was only excited. I stomped off leaving them. They both came chasing after me. I pretended to be pissed off.

"Aww! C'mon Sae Yi. We were only joking.", apologized BamBam.

"Sorry. Let's go on that ride you wanted to go on.", said Mark.

I couldn't keep it in anymore and bursted out into laughter. They caught on to my joke and started laughing too. We spent our whole day there. There was a haunted house they had. It was an abandoned hospital they built the haunted house in.

"Ya! Let's go in here! This seems like fun!", said Mark.

I wanted to because of Mark, but this kind of think scared me.

"No it's okay. You go ahead.", I told him.

"I'll stay with Sae Yi then.", BamBam said.

Then Mark got irritated.

"Oh, so you'd go on the giant roller coaster with BamBam, but leave me at the haunted house.", Mark said, clearly pissed off.

"N-no. That's not-"

"Whatever. I'm going in alone then."

Mark walked off toward the haunted hospital. My heart sunk. Mark was mad at me (;_;) What was I going to do?

Then I felt a hand on my shoulder. It was BamBam.

"Sae Yi. Go after him.", he said gently.

"B-but I-"

" I love you Sae Yi.", he said.

"What?!", I said shocked.

"But I know that's not how you feel about me. You only have eyes for Mark. Go after him. I'll always still be here for you.", BamBam said.

I started to tear up and hugged BamBam hard.

"Thank you. So much BamBam.", I cried.

He smiled and motioned for me to go after Mark. I began running toward the haunted hospital. Screw the it, I'm going to confess to the guy I love.

Mark P.O.V
I was thinking about what happened while I was in the haunted hospital. I shouldn't have blown up at her like that.

"Aish! I messed up.", I said frustrated.

I should apologize to her. She looked so hurt when I said that. Her brown eyes went big and doe-like.

I walked out the hospital and toward the place I left BamBam and Sae Yi. Although, I only saw BamBam there. Where did Sae Yi go?

"Ya! Mark! Where's Sae Yi?", he asked.

"I don't know. I was about to ask the same question.", I told him.

"Aish! You stupid idot!", BamBam said pissed. Suddenly I felt the sharp and hot pain from the right side of my face. BamBam just punched me. I punched him back.

"What the hell was that for?", I yelled.

"Sae Yi went into the hospital for you, moron.!"

"What? How was I-"

"She's afraid, Mark. Of ghosts, that's why she didn't want to go in."

"I didn't know that."

"I confessed to her. I got rejected.. But she finally got the courage to come and chase after her love. You, Mark. You're the one who gave her the courage to face her fears just to get to you."

I paused. What? She went in there for me?

"Now hurry up and go and find her! She's probably crying by now. Calling out your name. I'm going to go home now, but tell Sae Yi bye from me."

BamBam walked off and waved bye. Aish! That idiot! I ran to the hospital calling out her name.

"Sae Yi! Where are you?"

Then I found I reached the surgical room. I found her collapsed on the ground crying.

"Mark. You idiot! Where the hell are you?", she said not knowing I was there.

I walked toward her.

"Ya! Who are you calling an idiot?"

She turned her head toward me. Her eyes were puffy from crying and her cheeks wet from tears.
