2 - Meeting Kirito and the truth of SAO

"LINK START!"

After inputting his details and creating a blond-haired character that in his words 'is not as sexy as him in real life'. Naruto finally was transported into the Town of Beginnings.

"Wow, the graphics look so realistic!" He said in amazement.

"I shouldn't stand here all day I need to learn how to play, maybe if I find the training grounds I can either find a beta tester or someone who already knows how to play..." he says to himself.

And after almost twenty minutes he found it.

"Hey, you!" he shouts to a player with black hair.

"Could you please teach me how to play...?" he asks politely

"Yeah, sure I guess..." the player replies.

"My name is Kirito what is yours?"

"Thank you! My name is Naruto" Naruto says with a smile

"Well Naruto, watch closely because I'm gonna show you a low-level Sword Skill you can do with the beginner's sword".

Kirito goes into his menu and equips the skill on to his sword.

And suddenly his sword glows green. He dashes forward and kills the level 2 rhino that was in front of him.

"See? It's easy" he says grinning

"I think I get the gist of it" Naruto replies while simultaneously equipping the low-level linear skill.

"Anyway, Naruto do you want to party with me to farm exp?" Kirito asks

"Hell yeah, you seem to be experienced, I could use the help and plus you seem nice to me," Naruto says with a grin plastered on his face.

Several Hours Later

"Shit, I promised my sister I wouldn't be on all night, Kirito, I'm gonna have to get off in a sec but add me first?" Naruto says

"Of course" Kirito replies

Kirito opens the party list to quick-add Naruto.

"Alright," Naruto says "I've got to go now or Kasumi will kill me".

Naruto opens the menu to find that there is no way to log out.

"Wait... what...?"

"Naruto what's wrong?" Kirito asks

"There's no logout button..." Naruto replies.

"It should be at the bottom of the menu, but it's definitely not there," Kirito says with a confused look on his face.

Suddenly they are transported back to an open space in the Town of Beginnings.

"Kirito, why are we here?" Naruto asks

"The server administrator is probably gonna address the problem with the problem." Kirito replies.

Then, a phantom-like creature appears in front of everyone.

"Hello everyone and welcome to Sword Art Online." The creature says.

"My name is Akihiko Kayaba the creator"

"I'm sure some of you have seen the lack of a log-out button, this is not a big, this is in fact a key feature of Sword Art Online"

"SAO is a death game..." he says

"If you die in the game, the NerveGear will send an electronic pulse to your brain - effectively frying it, this is also the case if the NerveGear is forcibly removed from your head or its power is shut off as it has an internal battery"

"Continuing on, I have left a present in everyone' inventory, I wish you all the best in this game," he said and left.

Naruto looked inside his inventory to see a mirror, he equipped it and was blinded by a light.

"Naruto is that you?" A person whom I assume is Kirito asked.

I look in the mirror to see myself how I look in real life

"Damn I'm sexy," Naruto says, Kirito laughs.

"Time to go?" He says

"Let's go, partner!" Naruto shouts.

They run out of the Town of Beginnings and ten minutes later they get to a small village with an inn.

"Ill pay" Naruto says with his hand out to pay for the room (on the interactive display). It scans his hand, they find the room and they sleep the night away.

Author's Note

The end was a bit rushed there but you got what I meant (I hope ;)).

I have a bunch of ideas for this story, and I have chosen the Kirito pairing because of a quote from the Ordinal Scale movie. The guy that likes Yuna believes that Kirito is stealing her from him.

I'm gonna incorporate the guild system into this somehow and Asuna isn't going to the KnB.
