Binoo's In Charge

Binoo stripped Toopy and tied him up on the couch. The cat smirked. "Dang, Binoo! I never thought you were that kinky!" Toopy felt helpless against the restraints. He has been thinking about this for a long time, ever since he turned 16. He thought to let Binoo reciprocate their relationship first before making a move, but Binoo was smarter than he had thought. "Never thought that I'd be the one in charge, right Toopy?" Binoo said in sign language. "Don't think you'll get off that easily, Toopy. This will be a long ride." 

Toopy gulped. Binoo reached into his box and pulled out a small pink collar which he fastened around his neck. He seductively walked towards the bound up Toopy, purposely swaying his cat hips in attempt to arouse the rat. Toopy bit his lip. 

So Binoo is going to take this slow! Binoo planted soft, teasing butterfly kisses down Toopy's chest. "B-binoo!" Binoo continued to tease Toopy until Toopy couldn't take it anymore. "I hate this, Binoo. Vanilla is much better for the first time." Binoo twitched his ears and swiped his lips. "It's not my first time". He signed.
