This access is being provided to me on behalf of my organization, which may cause me to be exposed to GCPS data as part of specific contracted or informational tasks. Unless required to do so in the fulfillment of my official responsibilities, I may not:
• Keep or maintain sensitive student or school district information on a personal non-GCPS device
• Use or reveal any data from GCPS to enhance future business opportunities or increase corporate gains; or
• Disclose the identity of students attending school within GCPS; or
• Divulge any confidential information that has been learned, or obtained from, or is pertinent to any district entity without prior written agreement from the appropriate GCPS division leader.
