you will need things to settle your budgies cage:
1) you will need perches so that the bird can perch , preferred a wooden one.
2)you will need a nest box so that your bird can lay eggs in it , preferred a wooden or carton one.
- for a bedding you may put some pieces of tissues or pieces of paper or put a piece of cloth according to the size of the nest box.
3)you will need two dishes for water and food.
4)if you like you may add a swing or a mirror they will enjoy it so much if you want you may search for more toys on YouTube.
5)add your two budgies 1 male and 1 female.
