y/n's p.o.v

Andrew, Garrett and I had been lying around my apartment all day watching tv and eating a bunch of, not really healthy, snacks. We were currently sitting on the couch; I was cuddling Garrett as the big spoon and Andrew was curled up in one of the corners. All of a sudden, Garrett shot up from the couch and asked me "y/n, are you free on friday? around 8pm?" I furrowed my eyebrows and answered "yeah, I think so. It's not like i have that many friends" we all laughed. One of the laughs stood out from the other two; Andrew's. His laugh was one of the most adorable things i had ever heard. I had had a crush in Andrew for the longest time, but I couldn't risk ruining our friendship by telling him. The only one who knew about it was Morgan, because I knew that if I told Garrett he would probably end up telling Andrew; maybe not even on purpose, but knowing Garrett, my little secret would slip out of his mouth sooner or later.

Garrett spoke again "What about you, Andrew? are you free this friday night?" he wiggled his eyebrows. "Yeah, i am" Andrew said as I looked at him.

"Great! cause i'm not. You two go on out without me; enjoy your date" Garrett said while quickly grabbing his things and walking out the door. Andrew and I looked at each other obliviously with furrowed eyebrows and half open mouths. After a few seconds I decided to break the silence; "did he just..."

Andrew just nodded in response. Poor thing, his cheeks were turning darker shades of red with every second that passed. "we don't have to do it if you don't want to" he softly spoke, cringing a little. "no, I want to do it... I mean, we've hung out alone before" I shrugged trying not to freak out. As I said that, I saw Andrew's expression sadden a little. "yeah, I guess you're right" he said sitting up. At first, an awkward silence filled the room, but after a couple minutes we had kind of forgotten about it and kept watching the office. As we laughed at a funny bit, Andrew opened his arms signaling me to cuddle him; it was something we did pretty often since we both enjoyed the warmth of the other. I scooted over, closer to the end of the couch where andrew was, and wrapped an arm over his torso while one of his arms wrapped my shoulders. Hours passed and at some point we fell asleep. I woke up in his arms. As i looked up at him, he started to stir awake from his sleep. He stretched a bit and then looked down at me and smiled. "Hi" he spoke; "I'm hungry" I said dragging the y, making him giggle. I picked up my phone and checked the time; 10:30pm. "It's 10:30, do you want to postmate some food? Chipotle maybe?" I said raising my eyebrows. "Sure" he held me closer.

There was a knock at the door, so I got up and opened it while Andrew grabbed some drinks from the fridge. I came back to the couch with the food and set everything down in the coffee table.

As we were starting to eat, Andrew spoke up not looking at me; "So, about that "date"... Where do you wanna go?" I choked on my burrito (or whatever you'd like to eat) and he quickly turned to me wide eyed "y/n are you ok!?" "Yeah, I just- you know how clumsy I am" I said before taking a sip of my drink. Whaaaaat, he was actually asking me out?? What the hell did just happen? My wig is definitely nowhere to be seen at this point.

"Uuuh... what about some nice In-N-Out?" I finally answered his question. "...oh" he said, looking away from me and then proceeding to stare at his food as if it was the most interesting thing he had ever seen. "What?... You don't like In-N-Out anymore?" I pouted. "No, no it's not that. I just... thought that maybe we could try something different this time" "Like what?" I said with a stuffed mouth. He laughed at the sight of me and answered "Like something fancier?" he scratched his jawline. At this point it was taking all of me not to freak out. He was asking me out. On. A. Date. Well, kind of I guess...

"Oooh Siwicki isn't playing, huh?" I elbowed his side playfully. He giggled "I don't know okay!? I thought it would be fun!" He shrugged and laughed.

All I could do was stare at him; a big grin plastered on my face. I probably looked like an idiot, but I didn't care. Andrew just had that effect on me, he made me so happy.

"Okay" I said blankly. "What?" Andrew raised an eyebrow. "Let's do it. Let's get fancyyy" I said shaking my shoulders, making us burst out laughing.

We finished our food and Andrew helped me clean up. He left moments later.

"See you on Friday, I guess" he said standing at my door with a smile. "See you on Friday, Siwicki!" I smiled back, leaning on the door. "I'll pick you up at eight!" He stated while walking away. I just melted.
