The Best Sweet 16

Chapter 1: The Wish

It was almost time for your 16th birthday party to start. *Knock knock* "Come in." its your best friend, Noah you've always wanted to be more, but you weren't sure if he felt the same way. "Hey April! Wow you look beautiful!" you're wearing a blue ball gown kind of dress with a sweetheart top the back is low and is very fitted around your stomach, it flairs down at your waist and has sequins beaded into it, you look down and you can feel your cheeks getting hot. "Thanks." You look through your pictures from when you where younger and you can see a big difference, you've matured allot in your looks someone interrupts your thoughts "April, i think its time." He said offering his arm. You take one last look in the mirror, take his arm and walk out. You walk out to the top of the stairs and everyone stops what they're doing, the spotlight hits you and they all look at you. You start walking down the stairs and everyone has they're eyes on you. Once you got to the bottom you're greeted by your best friend, Megan."Wow! April, you look amazing!" "Thanks." She hugs you and you move on to greet other friends and family. After about an hour talking you hear someone say "Okay everyone its time for the birthday girl to blow out her candles and open her birthday present!" *Only one? With all these people here?* you think to your self as the spotlight hit you once again. You make your way up to the sage that has been built, as you get closer you see a three tear cake thats purple and has white roses on it "Happy birthday to you..." everyone started singing. When they finished it was time to blow out the candles and open your one and only present. *I wish to meet Taylor Swift* you wished as you blew out your candles. You turn around and see a small bag on thetable Noah hands you the small bag.
