Prologue.
Daddy was throwing things at Mummy again. This happens every night when he comes home late. Drunk. I was hiding under the sink while Daddy was trying to find me because I forgot to do the dishes. That was what he was throwing. Mummy was trying to calm him down but he wasn’t listening to her. Daddy doesn’t like listening to Mummy. He says that she is HIS wife so she has to listen to him because he owns her and that I belong to him as well because he made me and that he pays for everything because he is the husband and that means he goes to work while she stays home and does all the chores.
I whimpered and Daddy heard me over Mummy’s yelling.
Mummy tried to grab Daddy to stop him from hurting me but he wouldn’t listen and shook her off. Then Mummy tried hugging him so he smashed a plate over her head and Mummy fell to the ground and was bleeding everywhere. Daddy then started walking towards me with a knife and stabbed me before it all went black.
