The girl looked at Tweek with persistence in her eyes. Tweek nodded.
"But w-what about my m-mom and dad?!" Tweek looked around rapidly, shaking with both fear and adrenaline. The girl slowly shook her head.
"THEY CAN'T HELP YOU NOW! We have to face this alone. You should come with us!" She looked to the boy, who was checking out knives in the shop's kitchen.
"Uhh..Oh, yeah." He absentmindedly said, dragging the silver blade across his finger to check the sharpness. The girl nodded.
"W-What should I c-call you?" Tweek stuttered, making the girl turn back to him.
"Oh, uh..I'm Ellie, and this is my friend Craig. We're from Boston. And you..." Tweek shook a little before answering.
"Tweek..I-I'm from..here...?" Ellie chuckled before nodding.
"Right. We're gonna need the supplies, I think-" Craig cut Ellie off.
"We knew about this before anyone else. Well, before any other none infected person." To be infected, you'd have to be bitten, breathe in infections spores or pass the infection by your DNA/bodily fluids. (Saliva, etc.) Ellie rolled her eyes.
"Not the time to be cutting people off, Craig!" Ellie showed a flash of irritation that was quickly replaced by leadership and seriousness.
"Just sayin'." His monotonous voice filled the small building. Craig pushed a strand of black hair under his blue hat. Ellie turned back to Tweek.
"As I was saying, we need supplies. This shop has your name on it, is it yours?" Ellie checked back to the door's smashed glass, hoping no infected had noticed or heard them. Some infected passed and others stopped. When there was no one there, Tweek spoke up.
"U-Uh, it's my p-parent's..." Tweek twitched, rolling up his green shirt sleeves.
"Ok! That's great! We can board this place-" Craig's voice rung out from the vast but scream-filled area, his eyes looking from the two, to the infected people trying to squeeze through the smashed glass. Tweek began to freak out.
"Holy g-gods!! What-" Ellie started pulling him along the short corridor at the back.of the counter with Craig behind them. They burst through the back door and began to run. They heard screams and cries of newly turned infected running after them. This was the start of the apocolypes.
