Stage II
Jungkook
It stung. The palm of my hand itches, tingles with little prickly needles. As I looks down on it, I realized how hard I must have hit him.
The slap resonated through the kitchen and Jungkook took a shocked step back.
As if it was an instinctive reaction to his barbaric and rude behaviour, one that would even be counted as sexually harassing someone with words, my hand flew with a mind of its own. It connected to his cheek and left its mark right across it.
I was taken aback just as much as he was, but nothing could describe the feeling of disgust that rose within me. It mixed with obvious hurt and fear, making my chest uncomfortably tighten.
My wide eyes stared at his shook face, which was to the side from the force of my slap. His eyes were also wide and when they finally snapped to mine, I flinched.
I flinched so hard that I hit my lower back against the edge of the sink. The look in his eyes grew more and more excited, reminding me of a crazed psychopath.
"You've got guts."
He mumbled out.
"I wonder what else you have in store."
As he said that, he took a step closer, completely barricading me between his body and the sink. I shuddered, the sensation of pure terror taking over my limbs. Bile rose in my throat, my hands clutching together at my chest as I looked away from his maniacal eyes.
I had an intuitive feeling that something would happen. I was sure that he would do something. I waited and waited, sinking further back as much as I could, but my space was limited. And then he disappeared.
Jungkook pulled away and left the room. It wa so quick that I only felt a gentle whoosh of air, before I looked at an empty space before me.
I released a breath. My whole body slouched and I almost slid down to the ground.
Who was I kidding..? I'm not safe here at all. They're animals. Designed to kill, torture and, possibly, do something even worse than death. There wasn't a second of hesitation when he came onto me like that. If I hadn't reacted...would he have taken advantage of me?
I don't want to think about it...
I need to find a way out. I need to keep my distance..or I'll be eaten alive.
Taking cautious steps, I walk upstairs to where my room is. My hand clutches around the door knob, but a shadow of an open door catches my eye. It's all the way down the corridor, in the center of the wall. A baritone door, seeming sealed off and off limits.
It seems...off.
Somehow it reminds me of Jimin. Perhaps...no. I can't. There's a huge risk in doing that. If I even step close to that room, I'll be caught.
At least now, while I'm alone with this dangerous male, I cannot even think of doing anything stupid. I eneter my room without glancing back. Time passes as if it was on a speeding motorcycle and before I know it, it's early in the morning again. Noise downstairs has grown louder and louder and by the time footsteps could be heard behind the locked doors of the room I'm staying in, I know that the whole crew is back.
I stay inside the room. The safest place I could be in.
Until I hear a knock at the door.
"[Name] you should come down to eat something."
I recognize the agonizingly silky voice immediately. His presence behind the door is also very prominent. He's here. The Boss, the Leader, the King...Park Jimin.
I don't want to see his face.
I stay quiet, curled on the bed, praying that he thinks I'm asleep and that he leaves.
"If you don't open the door, I'll have to break in, sugar."
His voice was laced with sarcasm and fake gentleness. I shivered. He's not making that up. He's not just saying it. None of them are joking when it comes to things like those.
Slowly, I slide off the bed and walk to the door. I pause and take a deep breath before unlocking and opening the door.
Jimin is standing there, hands in the pockets of his jeans. He's alwas dressed fairly nicely, but his charisma and pretty face adds up to the breathtaking part.
"There she is. Why are you hiding in there? We were all waiting for you to come and join us."
Jimin leans agains the edges of the door, looming over me effectively. Although we're a good space away from each other, I can feel the powerful aura coming off of him.
I look to the side at his question. How can I? After nearly getting harrassed by your subordinate, do you expect me to just laugh it off? Of course, I couldn't possibly say that.
"Is something troubling you?"
Jimin questions. I glance at his face for only a second, finding his eyebrows furrowed in genuine concern. This way I can't depict whether he's faking it, or if he's truly being concerned.
"No.."
I reply hesitantly.
"If you're going to lie to me, our relationship won't go anywhere, princess."
He took a step closer to me and took a peek into the room. I rolled my eyes at his flirtatious behaviour, choosing to ignore his prodding by shrugging it off.
"Come down with me."
Once our eyes met, somehow I couldn't resist the pull and the charm that overwhelmed me. My body simply moved on its own.
Jimin's smirk like smile widened and within an instant his arm grasped the curve of my waist. I released a surprised yelp when he pulled me close, his cologne instantly corrupting my senses. Not knowing where to put my hands, I pressed them against his chest.
"W-wha-"
"Now if you'll only tell me what's wrong, we can have a nice dinner together."
His breath fanned my cheek. Heat rushed into my head, cheeks already flushed from our proximity. He seemed to notice how my body reacted and took action to increase the pressure on it.
His other hand came up to my cheek, knuckles caressing the outline of the heared skin. I shuddered. Being held by him, so tightly and strongly, gave my knees a jolt and they almost gave in.
"It's nothing..."
Jimin released a soft sigh and before I knew it, his lips were pressing to my forehead.
Why...?
I trembled.
"You're going to be a handful, huh..should I ask Kookie if anything happened."
The mention of the other guy's name seemed to snap me out of my daze. I pushed against his chest, a deep frown on my face. I pushed and pushed, but the more I protested against him, the more he decided to pull me closer.
Irritated, I glared up at him, clear distress painted in my expression.
"If you really want to fucking know, then maybe you should put a damn leash on your dog because he's clearly thinking with his junk."
