Chapter2:  You changed....
  a lot.

It was 2days after the incident. It was life changing event, i tell you. It was all unexpected. I just can't still believe it. Naalala ko yung nangyari....

After we ate our lunch at a fine dine resto, he kept his word and drove me home safely. Honestly, ewan ko lang kung ganon ba ako kasikat para malaman niya lahat ng personal details ko. Or is it because of my family's influences? Nagulat nalang ako when were in front of our mansin in QC. He knows my name, my mom, and even our house! Pumasok kami sa loob ng bahay. Mom was there. Smiling and shaking her head happily. Is she happy I'm safe? Right!

"Mom! Gosh you won---"

"Hijo! Is that you already? Goodness! You've grown up a big man!" Mom giggled. Wtf is happening!

"Mo--"

"Thanks, Tita." He said politely and smiled.

I can't take it! Bakit ba nandito siya? Am I blood related to him? Oh my god!

"Let's go in the living room." Mom said. Bakit parang ako pa naecha-pwera dito?!

I thought Mom's happy coz I'm safe?! Bakit parang wala lang iyon?

Umupo sila. I stood there. I'm gonna call dad! Hmp!

"I'm gonna take a shower, Mom." i said, though i want to stay para makakalap ng impormasyon!

"Okay, hija. We'll just catch up." I didn't move. Though Mom expected that I'll go up.

What the hell was that?! Anong kailangan nilang pag usapan? Are they that close? Are we really in the same bloodline?! Kaano-ano ba namin ang mga lim?! Dad! What's happening?!

"I thought you're gonna shower?" Mom asked. Oh right!

Dali dali akong umakyat sa taas. Huh! Should I research about him? Or ask Andrea and Shiela? Great! I'll just meet up with them! Jandrei Lim, huh?

Oh right! I'll call dad first. I dialled Dad's number. Good thing sinagot niya agad!

"Hi Dad!"

"Oh. Hello, hija!"

"Are you busy Dad?"

"Not really, anak. Do you need something?"

"Yes, Dad. I need to know something."

"What is it?"

"Are we blood related to the Lim's? Specifically, those owners or the Lim Corp, Dad?"

"What? Hija, don't you remember their son? Jandrei, right?"

"I remember him, Dad. But my question here is, bakit siya nasa bahay?"

"Really? Then you should be thankful! I'll go home right away after my meetings! Nakauwi na pala siya galing ibang bansa!"

"What? Dad! Pati ba naman ikaw? Sino ba siya?"

And before Dad could answer my question, I heard in the line na may meeting na si Dad.

"Sorry, hija. Talk to you later." And then the call ended.

I guess sila Andrea nalang mapagtatanungan ko!

I went downstairs pero hindi ko na nahagilap sina Mommy. Umalis ako ng bahay with full hopes and confidence na I'll get to that Lim. But sadly, umuwi akong walang dala.

Adrea and Shiela didn't know deeper informations about him! Basta umikot lang yung usapan about what happened the other day. The topic was all about how rich, powerful, handsome and all that Jandrei is! That was really disappointing!

I went home around 6. Naabutan ko na sila Daddy at Mommy sa dining table. As i looked at my chair, someone's seated in front of it. Hindi pa rin siya umaalis!

"Goodeve, hija. Where have you been?" The defeaning silence boomed with Dad's voice.

"Just hang out with Shiela and Andrea, Dad."

Umupo na ako. I don't know pero hindi ako makagalaw ng maayos! And oh! Right! He's staring at me big time! Don't he know staring was rude? Gosh!

Natapos kaming kumain and nagpaalam na ako na mauuna na ako. Tumango lang si Dad  and it seems like they'll still stay there! Hanggang ngayon ba hindi pa tapos yang cath up nila? Dapat ay pinagsulat niyo nalang yang Lim na yan ng libro tungkol sa buhay niya! Hmp!

Dumiretso ako sa living room. Sana'y matapos na ang araw na ito nang makauwi at makaalis na siya! Sinipa ko ang isang bato. That made a small sound. Nagulat ako nang may nagsalita sa likuran ko.

"Didn't thought na ganyan ka pala umasta." napalingon ako. Ano ngayon sakanya iyon?

"You don't care. Mind your own business." bat kasi nandito pa siya? He could've left!

"Are you mad at me?" yes!! I want to shout it at his face pero ano naman kasi iyon sa kanya ngayon? "Look. I'm sorry." you're sorry? Oh come on! I know you're not even moved by me! You pretentious devil!

"You don't need to be sorry. I know you're just doing this on purpose. Stop it." lalagpasan ko sana siya when he started speaking again.

"What's your problem? You're avoiding me." wtf is that? "Tell me, Zale. Why do you hate me?"

My heart started beating fast. Damn you Lim! I can't understand my self!

"Stop it! Will you? You're a stranger to me! Kung close kayo nina Mom and Dad, then sila guluhin mo! To be honest, my blood rises every time I see you! Hindi ko alam kung bakit!" tumalikod na ako. I can't help it!

"You changed. Hindi na ikaw yung dati. You did changed..... a lot."  wtf is he talking about?!

Nagkamali yata siya ng taong nakausap!

That was our last conversation though. Kahapon ay nandito na naman siya. He's freaking me out. Big time.
