"What's his name?"

"David"

Hyori grew curious, "And what he has to do with you?"

"He is son of my appa's friend."

You turned to face her as you applied hand cream, your eyes on your actions. "We are just dating."

"Dating? Girl are you serious? It was your first meeting in the Parks and you are dating him?" Hyori flabbergasted.

"I know him since we were kids Hyori, his dad was my appa's best friend. We are like family." Your tone was defensive as Hyori noticed.

"But still, you said he left Korea when you guys were like 8 years old and now he is back for what?" Hyori wasn't understanding the logic behind you dating him.

"Let me explain." You walked towards her, "David and I were childhood friends but then he left Korea and after that we did not contacted each other. But his father was in contact with us, he helped a lot after my appa's death. Day before yesterday I got a call from my mom and she said that David is back for few days and she wants me to spend time with him and know him." you explained.

"So? Is you mom thinking about your marriage with-"

"His father actually asked my mom about me. He use to frequently visit us and now he wants me to be his daughter-in-law since he has known me for years."

"But you don't like David isn't it?" Hyori curiously asked.

"He is a nice guy Hyori, he called me when I was working and I told him to meet me in the Park's canteen if possible and he agreed because he was in Seoul that day. These people Hyungsik and girls were giggling like hell and guess what? Everybody knows about him. The worse thing is that they started gossiping about me, saying that he is my soon to be fiancé." you chuckled, covering your face.

"Fiancé? Everybody knows? Even Mr. Park?"

Your expressions turned serious. "I don't know and I don't even care." you gave her a look and then walked towards the other side of the room making Hyori to sigh.

Jimin was restless because from last few minutes you weren't asking him anything nor you were looking at him. After the meeting you were sitting with him in the conference room still working on some​ points when everybody left. Like always you are the one to note down everything for Jimin. Jimin turned his face away from you, playing with his rolling chair, he squeezed his lower lip, thinking of the way to approach you.

He needs to talk. Of course not about that night but about that guy who was sitting with you. He is curious, more of that he is jealous.

He cleared his throat as he got up from his place and walked towards you. He placed his hand on the desk when he finally reached towards you. "You were busy that day."
