When the two of them were together, it's like putting a hurricane and tornado in the same room in which tension can be felt. Being alone with him erased the idea of soulmates. Those lovely feelings that she had before disappeared because the butterflies are never coming back. No longer did she pray for love instead she just asked God for the strength to survive the pain.

There was (Y/N) and her husband, Norio (Pic) by her side. Two lawyers accompanied both sides, one for her and one for him. She wore a light blue rolled up sleeve buttoned down shirt along with black pants and black sandals. Framing her soft (s/c) face was her (h/t) (h/l) (h/c) hair.

The tall, pale skinned male had light blonde hair with matching subtle yellow eyes. He wore a white slightly unbuttoned shirt underneath a black blazer of his black suit. In the middle front sat the one and only female court-appointed arbitrator who's orbs scanned the once married couple.

It was about the hearing to seek joint custody of Chusuke that was requested by her husband and his lawyer. However, she strongly object this request by citing Norio's history of violence against her and her older daughter named Akita.

She had the same gentle (s/c) skin and beautiful (e/c) eyes as the woman. Her (h/t) (h/l) (h/c) hair was usually kept in a ponytail with short cute bangs. Akita wants nothing to do with her father and since she is of age, Norio cannot influence her decisions. Chusuke is another story altogether which means that he cannot legally make an adult decision.

"Norio physically abused her and he harassed her multiple times. Akita also faced an injury from him that is found on her leg. It was quite a bruise." her lawyer presented an evidence at which she nodded.

"Is this true Norio-San?" the judge asked him.

"No, ma'am. It was about her friends giving her bad influence through drinking. In fact, my dear daughter was seriously disrespecting me. She was clearly raising her voice at me and does not care at what I'm saying to her. I told her to stop but she didn't listen so I disiplined her by grounding her." he explains.

"Alright, now let's take a further look into this important matter." 

Located on her hand was a piece of paper written by their son. She began speaking,

"Chusuke is 11. He's in 6th grade at Horikoshi Junior High School."

her eyes scanned the words on the paper.

"He said,

My parents separated a year ago. I live with my mom and ane (own older sister). There's a party for my ane's 18th birthday. We live with my sofubo (grandparents) except my father. I can't play outside because we're scared that man will come. Jiichan (Grandpa) screams it's not good for him. When he comes, I worry about mom. All he wants is to hurt her. He's no father. I'm glad they're divorcing. Akita dislikes him but she's old enough to not see him. I won't see him either or be forced to every other week or weekend. I won't see him again. That's all. Counselor, you may speak."

Silence fell over between the two of them.

"Your children have turned against you. Can you explain?" she directed her attention to the male.
