Ona asked you to help her do the surprise for Brandon. She also wanted to see giovanny's reaction so she didn't tell him.
This is the surprise.
She gets the pregnancy tests that were positive. She knew Brandon and giovanny were gonna go somewhere so she put both of the positive pregnancy tests on both of his shoes.

Ona:alright hey guys today I'm here with y/n

Ona:y'all are probably wondering why I am whispering right now, it's because I just found out that I am pregnant. And I want to surprise Brandon, we haven't told giovanny about this yet. He will find out when Brandon finds out.

Ona:by the way they're not home they went to drop mason and santino of at Brandon's parents because they wanted to stay there for a bit.

You:by the way guys I know the gender. Me and giovanny will go live on Instagram and tell y'all the gender. But we will take Brandon's and Onas phone and Delete Instagram for a bit and we will keep it next to us.
