Finally it was time for Jessica to summit her projects and then she needed assistance to some aspect of the project which was complicated. Well! The only one she could figure out for such task was Max. She employed Max for the work. He wouldn't say no to such an opportunity. But as usual, Max help people with their projects and get paid for it. Who will do such a thing for free? Max was expecting her to pay him upon handing her the projects, of which he planned to say, "never mine". You needed to see how delighted she was with the work, of course she should since it was done by a genius. Surprisingly enough she didn't talk about any payment with Max. But the smile and thank you he got from her was just enough for him. Max friends wouldn't believe he can actually do such a strenuous project for anyone just for free but since the girl wasn't just anyone to him they understood his reasons.
Max got along with Jessica and each time they run into each other in the school was a moment of joy. Max was lost in the world of fantasy as he no longer could help the thought of Jessica. Each time they chatted, Max tried as mush as possible to express his feeling but in a way Jessica couldn't quite grab. If she was expecting him to say his mind he wasn't so certain and the thought as other times tormented him as he was finding it hard to concentrate.
He was shocked to see Jessica on a fateful day with a guy in the school garden where students usually go to relax, take photographs and also have their romantic moment. He pretended not seeing them as he took a seat close to the cluster of flower. He was busy with his phone while sipping a bottle of fan milk yoghurt he bought from the garden stall. Momentarily, he steals a look at Jessica and the guy whom he was trying to figure out. At a point he couldn't help it but leave, well Jessica was doing anything with this guy but whatever they were discussing was just too much for Max to take as they seemed to be happy anyway. Upon telling Tayo, he replied him by saying that it's all his fault as he hasn't told the girl anything but was just admiring her and being an anonymous love bird. Max knew his friend was right and then it was clear he will have to approach her regardless of what the outcome may be like.
