Red Roses and Crushes

 Wednesday...

Dear Diary,

Ok, so maybe chivalry isn't dead. And subtle is the way to go. But Connor has his flaws too, you know. He always side-parts his hair, which can be cute. But he can be a little arrogant. Just a little bit. He is so brilliant, though. He carries his protractor around secretly. And of course, Lisa doesn't even know how to spell protractor. Unless she used spellcheck or something.

The bake sale went great after almost getting cancelled to lack of volunteers.  And Lisa was joking about how nobody would donate for new uniforms for the new students next year. Furthermore , The Humane Society is important too. 

Anyway, Connor is so patient and brave and sweet <3.

My friends are so supportive of my relationship status. Well, once it becomes a relationship, of course. Homework is a part of school, though.

Don't get me wrong. Connor is amazing and he is really sporty, but Lisa always shows up at the worst time. She is the most selfish person I know, and yet she lands almost every single guy in the twelfth grade.

However, fundraising is a great way to get involved with the school. And it does feel good to give back to the community.

Prom is only a few days away and I've got everything except a date...yet.

Texting with friends is the best medicine to get over an ex, but it's also the best antidote to cure any fear. So, today I AM going to get Connor Western to say YES.

DRESS: A GORGEOUS SHORT AND STRAPLESS DARK PINK DRESS COMPLETE WITH SLIGHT RUFFLES AT THE BOTTOM WITH WHITE TRIMMING.

SHOES: SLIGHTLY LIGHTER PINK HIGH HEELS WITH SPARKLES, THEY LOOK SIMILAR TO PLATFORMS.

And one fabulous prom date, Connor Western.

Happiness is what makes the world go around, after all. Whenever life gives me lemons, I just make lemonade.

Happiness is the key to a solid relationship, communication and life in general. That's how we feel when we come home to our families or spending time with our parents and siblings. Making time and having fun just being outside with your best friends in the whole world. Adopting adorable, cute and furry animals from a nearby store. Relationships that are worth updating about on your status and chatting for hours online. Knowing they will be there for you through thick or thin, good and bad times.

Love is timeless, love is endless.

Talia: So, Connor is in the foyer. Lisa is not here yet, so you this is your chance to make small talk.

Naomi: He is wearing red again. His blue eyes are so cute. Everyone is planning to carpool, but I don't think he has a date for prom yet. From what I've heard, he has a limousine rented with two couples already. He is wearing his favourite black tuxedo from his brother's store.

Talia: Naomi just gave you the update.
