The next morning I woke up with a major headache, I went to the bathroom to start my morning routine. When I looked in the mirror tears just started rolling down my fac. " why does she let him do this to me, why can't she be a good mother and tell him to stop or get out, does she love to crack more than her own son?" I thought to myself while crying.
I stayed in the shower for like 20 minutes washing up before I got out and put on my outfit for today and try to cover up these big red marks on my face. I stepped out the bathroom heading back into my room grabbing my iPhone XR and my charger and my bag. Getting ready to walk out the house Nate tells me to come here. He was sitting on the couch, I slowly made my way to him I was so nervous
Nate- daddy didn't mean to hurt you last night.
Did this bitch really call himself daddy when he doesn't even step up as a man and be the father figure in my life? I was snapped out of my thoughts by Nate pulling me in his lap and he whispered in my ear
Nate- "keep ignoring me and I'm a beat the fuck outta you don't fucking let that apology think I won't beat the fuck outta you"
I rolled my eyes
Me- "okay," I said in a low tone
Nate- "yes what?"
I looked at him with disgust in my eyes.
Me- "okay sir, can I go now I'm going to be late if I don't leave now"
Nate let me go and I got up off his lap
Nate- "make sure your ass in this house when you get home from school and dinner is cooked by the time I make it in this bitch or that's your ass and I'm not playing Micah"
I didn't even reply and I ran out of the door and started heading towards my school.

Kingston🙄 7:58 am- where you at I'm finna come getchu.
Me 7:58 am- king I have school today I can't go with you.
Kingston🙄 7:58 am - I didn't ask you all that, where you at.
I opened the message and looked at it, I decided not to reply because he wasn't going to make me miss a whole day

I rolled my eyes, I already knew he was going to scream at me but I wasn't in the mood to answer but I knew if I didn't answer it was going to piss him off more, so I just answered

Me: hello?
King: you thought I was playing when I talked to you ass at the party huh? You had to think I was playing because if you didn't you would have RESPONDED TO MY FUCKIN TEXT MESSAGE WHEN I TEXTED YOU.
me: omg you don't have to scream, I don't wanna skip school today THATS why I didn't reply
I heard him suck his teeth
Kingston🙄: I'm coming to getchu after school, meet me in the parking lot okay?
Me: okay Kingston
I said with an attitude and hung the phone up.

We just handed him our late passes and sat in our seats and started taking the notes that were on the board.
