8 months later.....
Isaiah's POV...
So between the time we found out my baby was pregnant with my child n now we've been doing a lot. I've taken her to every doctors appointment she has had, took her shopping not only for the baby but for her too, n taken care of her when she need me too i've done everything i could. We found out that IT WAS A BOY!!! Thats good meaning we can name it what i've been thinking about Antwon Jamal Carter. So now I'm busy at work n i promise y'all i been saving all the money i get. I got a text so i check it. Its from jay's aunt saying "jay is going into labor hurry quickly so you can see the birth of your child". When i see the text i immediately tell Morgan that i have to go now n she lets me go home for the day. I sped out of the parking lot to the hospital to see my baby. When i get there i knock on her room door n walk in to see the nurses n doctors all standing around her. I quickly go to her bed side to see them about to start. They ask who i am n i say the father of the baby n they give me gloves an apron n a mask to put on.
Jay: baby you here!!!
Me: ofc baby i will not miss the birth of my child.
Doctor: ok ms. Gulley are you ready to start
Jay: actually its mrs. Carter now n yes i am.
Doctor: ok.... Your gonna hold your husband's hand n squeeze it n on three you push ok?
Jay: ok (grabs my hand) you ready baby?
Me: yeah baby lets do it
Doctor: ok (positioning themselves) mrs.carter one..... two..... three push
Jay: ooooo.... (pushing hard)
Doctor: i see the head ok mrs.carter one more time should do it on three again one..... two..... three push
Jay: ooooooo.... (pushing the baby out)
Aj(the baby Antwon): (crying) ahhhhoooo...ahhhhoooo
Doctor: Mr. n Mrs.Carter welcome your new baby boy into the world weighing 4 pounds n 4 ounces. And what would y'all like to name him?
Jay: can you give us a second?
Doctor: sure take your time (walking away in the corner to talk to the other doctors)
Jay: babe are we gone go with Antwon Jamal Carter or nah?
Me: yeah baby thats fine with me we can call him AJ
Jay: ok (to the doctor) were gonna name him Antwon Jamal Carter
Doctor: awww what a great name for him ok we will be right back with him we have to go wash him up n put his clothes on him.
Jay: ok
