Disney at Hogwarts (On Hold)

Chapter 4

-Merida-

I was in Diagon Alley. The plan had worked.

I had snuck out of the house a few days ago with a bunch of things for Hogwarts. I brought all my money which was a lot since my family was quite rich not to be snooty at all. I had found ways of transportation to get here. Now I was in Diagon Alley. Ready for a fresh start. I didn't plan out how I will come back when the year is over but I wanted to stay in the present right now. I was alone, free, and could change my fate.

I was wearing a dark green shirt and jean shorts. I also had a jacket with gray and green checkered pattern.

Alright now I just had to find the first place to go. I had to find a way to change my money into the money they use here. I asked someone for directions to the bank and I am going to go there right away.

I pass by a bunch of people marveling through a window. I wanted to get a closer look at what they are looking at. When I got close enough I couldn't help but marvel too.

It was a red broomstick that said Nimbus 5000 engraved in gold letters. I heard someone around mention it was used for Quidditch. That sounded awesome. I felt like I had to have it. Although I needed to exchange my money first then I would come back. I walk off when-

" Ouch! "

I walked into somebody and fell to the ground. That hurt.

"Oh I am very sorry. Let me help you up." A girl with short black hair held out her hand.

I grabbed ahold of her hand and let her pull me up. She pulled me up very easy. She seemed quite strong. I noticed she had a friend with her. She had dark skin and black hair just like the other girl except it was twice as long.

"Thanks fur helpin' me up." I say as I check to see if I have any cuts or scrapes on me at all.

"No problem." The short hair responds. "I notice you have an accent. That's cool. I am guessing your from...Ireland?"

" No Mulan. She is probably from Scotland." The long hair points out.

" Heh, yeah. I am from China anyways and Pocahontas here is from the United States. " Mulan plays around with her.

" Well yes. What's your name? Are you a first year too? " Pocahontas asks me.

"Yup. Names Merida but ye can caa me Mer. Whaur are ye two goin'? " I ask seeing that these girls would be nice enough to be my friends.

" We are going to the bank to exchange our money we just are about to start shopping but- " Mulan points to Pocahontas with sass " -she had to go to the bathroom which took forever! "

" Sorry. Let's not talk about it ok? Well anyways see you around Mer. " Pocahontas responds and they begin to leave.

" Wait! Ah am actually goin' thaur too!

They turn around. " Oh ok! Come on let's go over to Gringotts! "

After we exchanged our money we went back over to the broomstick place.

" Should Ah gie it? " I ponder to them looking through the glass.

" I don't know Mer. Maybe we should wait till later. " Mulan says.

" Ah guess. "

We end up going to the book store named Flourish and Blotts since it was right next door. We all went separate ways to find where each book was at. I walked over to the History books. We had to get one for the history of magic. Three girls were chatting with each other excitedly on the other corner of the history books aisle. I couldn't help but listen to what they were saying to each other.
