Prologue: "The Report"

A helicopter with a bird insignia, and the letters CSSD written in the middle of it,  lands on a island littered with explosion pollution, pieces of what might have been the most famous building in all of Opal history laid scattered about. Responders are already at work pulling bodies from bigger pieces of the building. A woman with long dark hair and a lab coat , struggled in her heels as she walked towards the landed chopper. As she adjusts her name tag on her lab coat,  which reads R. Summers ,  she trips over a long bent metal bar sticking out oddly from a pile of what looked like cement walls. Another woman gets out from the helicopter. Dressed in army fatigue, this woman had a grimace of authority.

"Hello , my name is Raven Summers, I'm the head of the Science and Technology Division in Canary Springs, and um .. you are ?" says Raven extending her hand while flashing an awkward smile.

"I'm Elenora Rastain, newly appointed chief of Investigation of the SNTF" . Elenora says sternly barely looking in Raven's direction.

"Okay well her-" Raven begins.

"Yeah that's all fine and all , I just want to hear the Report" Elenora interrupts.

"Uhh okay fine , here we go.......The Melissa Mental Facility...... located on Melissa's Island formally known as Tobias's Rock, was home to the world's most dangerous super-criminals. It stood over 120ft tall and extended over a 60 acre remote island off the coast of California. The facility ran successfully for 10 years until one day it burned to the ground mysteriously...... Professor, Billionaire and Inventor John White founded the facility, after his daughter was slain in front of him by a criminal aiming for ransom money. The killer was never caught. Determined to never let this happen again in his city, or anywhere else for that matter, he would go on to design a mental institution that could house even the most dangerous criminals. Melissa's Mental Facility was under Professor White's ownership for a total of ten years, before suffering a psychotic break and becoming a patient at his own facility. Following White's mental breakdown, the mysterious Shane Agro was placed has warden.......just two weeks later. Not much is known about Warden Agro; accept that his methods of discipline are rumored to be.......a little rash. During the lifetime of the facility, nine of the most dangerous super-criminals called this place home. The individuals who rank as "super-criminals" are labeled as such due to their crimes and any mental and/or physical alteration they may possess that places them beyond regular human capability. Also upon arrival at MMF, any weapons or paraphernalia are confiscated and placed in White's Vault at the edge of the island. They would be logged in at the date of their arrival, then immediately afterwards they would be assessed on their mental condition by one of the doctors. The facility was equipped with the latest technology in security cameras and key card activated doors. Since its erection in 2002, the Melissa Facility has only had one breakout, many have tried but only one was successful. However he was apprehended immediately, and was placed under high security ever since. Each patient had to go under an mental examination given from one of the 3 major psychologist in the whole establishment , these encounters were called Patient Interviews. Ummmm......These doctors are; Dr. Eddy Marx, Dr. Joseph Maine and Dr. Sonya Knight. However on August 20th approximately 7:56pm, a fire broke out at the facility burning down to the ground, the fire was so out of control that it burned the bodies beyond recognition. All the bodies were accounted for except three patients....................."
